Stayed for a night with two kids and a dog. Lovely little spot for fishing, swim or walk. A water tap at the beginning of the pier.

2 clean portaloos on beach. Parked up with 6 other camper vans tonight. Less than a 10 minute walk (on a guided path) to Main Street Spiddal. A great spot

Absolutely beautiful spot, scenic and peaceful. The only drawback is the lack of public toilets. Perfect for one night though.

Nuit au calme, vue parfaite au réveil!

very quiet night. They have a mobile sauna now. Bins and water tap on the beginning of the pier.

Brilliant spot to stay for the night. There were a lot of people passing walking their dogs but it was still very quiet. Lovely watching the sunset at the beach. Very exposed so it was wild and windy during the night!

Great spot for being nearby Galway. Popular dog walking spot so regular traffic. Be wary of water - luckily a local saw us about to fill and indicated about a recent high metal notice all locals had recently received indicating No to drink water (no signs) so if you see tanks (on other carpark) don’t drink the water. No toilets except 15 mins in town on Main Street.

Good spot to spend the night! Far from the road and with a nice view. We refilled the water tanks and noticed the water was dirty; I do not think it’s drinking water… couldn’t find public toilets

Enjoyed this spot for an overnight. Busy with cars visiting the beach and people fishing from the pier. Based on this get there early or wait until after 6pm to arrive. drinking Water available at the pier and you can drive up to it, porta toilets too. Nice sea walk into the town takes 10 minutes. Two shops, two bars & hotel that do food. Stayed in the off season too and really peaceful.
