We used to stay in the car park and eat and drink in the hotels and wee pub but the council have stopped it …. The car park also has a weight limit for daytime use …. Such a shame as the butcher had lovely bacon which we would buy
Shame it doesn’t allow overnight parking. Sure it would benefit local businesses. We stopped for lunch, didn’t realise til we returned there’s a 3t weight limit! Obviously not observed as we’re 3.5t and when we arrived a couple of much heavier work vans were there.
Council stopped overnight parking 3 years ago, Local shops not happy. I think they need to reconsider this ban. Great parking next to hotel, toilets around corner next to Police station 30p
