Quiet parking for the castle. Very sloping (chocks almost essential), grassy area alongside, and shaded picnic/play area. The tourist "train" comes up to here - useful, as the alternative is 300 steps, or equivalent on the road, to reach the main historic centre. Not very much view from the parking, because of trees, but lovely views from the grassy area.

Guter Parkplatz um die Burg zu besichtigen. 24 h kostenlos. Jedoch ist die Burg trotz UNESCO nicht sehenswert. Keine Infos auf Deutsch oder Englisch. Alles nur in Italienisch. 10 Fr. Eintritt, aber nichts wichtiges zu sehen.

Parkplatz ist ok. Ziemlich helle Beleuchtung und eher viel Verkehr. Zudem ist der Parkplatz schräg.

Toller Parkplatz mit Burgblick und Spielplatz für die Kids. Trotz Keile nicht gerade, so dass wir den Berg zur anderen Burg höher gefahren sind - der Parkplatz 1 am Castello di Sasso Carbaro ist ein Traum!

Ok für eine Nacht. Lage direkt bei der Burg toll. Toitoi in der Nähe.Keile notwendig. Am Abend immer mal wieder Autos die kommen und gehen, ansonsten ruhig.

Okay für eine Übernachtung. Hübsche Burg und netter Blick. Picknickplatz und Spielplatz. Für Buscamper gibt es ein Dixie. Aber die ganze Nacht alles hell erleuchtet und zumindest Freitags Recht viele Jugendliche.

Sehr sehr schöner Ort um eine Nacht zu verbringen. Neben schöner Burg, Blick über Stadt, ruhig, gratis, beleuchtet, Dixi Klo, Hanglage (Keile werden benötigt). Die Auffahrt zur Burg war steil und wir haben es im ersten Gang knapp geschafft mit dem grossen Wohnmobil.

Haben hier eine wunderschöne Nacht verbracht - wenn man ein bisschen weiter fährt zur oberen Burg, kann man ohne Keile grade stehen und die Aussicht ist noch schöner ;-) Danke park4night!

Parking au pied du château, dans un très joli cadre. Un peu en pente mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir malgré que nous n'avions pas de cales. Toilettes disponibles (pas très propre mais ça peu dépanner). Eau potable et poubelle. Table de pique-nique et aire de jeu pour enfants. Très calme durant la nuit

Parece tranquilo pero muchos coches van y vienen durante toda la noche. Pasó la policía pero no nos dijo nada. Ligeramente en pendiente. No está mal si no hay más opciones. sin servicios

Übernachten kein Problem, Dixi in der Nähe, man steht wirklich auf allen Parkplätzen schief. Wetter ist hier oben sehr unbeständig. In der Burg gibt es Skorpione

Kleiner Parkplatz direkt bei der Burg ( Eintritt 5€ ). Nur für Wohnmobile bis 6,50 m geeignet. Spielplatz direkt dabei. Wir haben nicht übernachtet.

Sehr schöner Platz für 1 Nacht ToiToi falls benötigt noch vorhanden Äussere Burg kann auch in der Nacht besichtigt werden sehr ruhig, ein Bisschen abschüssig

Super Platz! Wunderschön gelegen mit Aussicht auf ganz Bellinzona. Wir haben von Freitag auf Samstag dort geschlafen es war sehr ruhig.

Stayed here for the day whilst we toured the three castles. We were going to stay the night but there were too many cars coming and going. We left around 10pm. There is a mountain water fountain which is drinkable. There is also a toilet. Good for facilities for a little noisy at night. Probably a bit quieter later in the night but we drove further up the hill and parked at the top castle car park.

Zona en pendiente. Sin calzos, no es practicable. Mucho viento. Hoy no había ninguna autocaravana. Para subir, carretera empinada y estrecha.

A useful and quiet place, next to Montebello Castle. Nice green space alongside, to relax in, play with dogs etc.. 05/06/18 Tourist "train" out of action due to engine problems.

Endroit calme pour la nuit. Jeux pour enfants, visite du château, belle vue sur Bellinzona et les montagnes aux alentours. Cales absolument nécessaires !

Narrow road but if a bus can go up so can a motorhomes, block needed very quiet at night and free we left by nine so we did not hinder the little bus train, we went and empty our water at viale gussepie motta for free

Not an ideal road up to the car park for larger Motorhomes (7m +) - steep and narrow. Also car park is on a slope and therefore doesn’t look ideal for a nights sleep. We didn’t stay.

Très agréable avec une très belle vue sur les châteaux illuminés. Il faut suivre les panneaux avec étiquette rose "3 castello" et c'est la Via Artore. 2 possibilités depuis le centre-ville : celle du Sud est limitée en largeur à 2,20 m. Stationnement 24h possible. Attention, la très longue place à droite est celle du petit-train ! Balade possible jusqu'au centre-ville par petit chemin !

Lieu très agréable pour passer la nuit avec des toilettes chimiques disponibles. Le plus : on peut passer la soirée dans le grand parc du château qui reste toujours ouvert

Passé 2 nuits et super-sympas, calme la nuit. Étions 2 camping-cars Proches centre-ville. Et châteaux sympas.
