Quiet night - except for the storm blowing the van around. Paddle Steamer pub at end of the car park for cheap food & beer, and opens at 8' for breakfast.

Man steht direkt am Meer mit Blick auf die Fähre nach Cumbrae. Eine Überfahrt ist günstig und lohnt sich. Nachts ruhiger als erwartet obwohl mitten in der Stadt. The Fish Works ist empfehlenswert, alles super frisch und lecker. Direkt nebenan.

Seemed to have updated their policy. According to the notice board and parking attendant there's no restrictions on vehicle types. £5 for over 5 hours. Great spot in the center of town.

(FK10 4BW) Highland Gateway Glamping & Caravanning

Lovely little campsite in the Clackmannanshire countryside in central Scotland. Fantastic views over the Ochil hills and farmland. Our 6 extra large, hardstanding pitches are open all year round (except January) with private water, gray water disposal and electrical connection on each pitch. There are heated toilets, black water disposal, recycle area, free WiFi, washing up sink,10 kWhs of electricity (more can be purchased if required) and use of pit stop, all included in the pitch fee. Many things to do and visit in this region of Scotland. Stirling, Falkirk, Fife, Glasgow and Edinburgh are very easy drives as the campsite is close to the main north and south roads. Pitches can be booked and paid for on our website by clicking on the book now option. Please note that all services including 10kWhs of electric are included in the Pitch Fee. PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately the postcode will not take you the campsite please type "Highland Gateway Clackmannan" into Google maps to find us. We do not offer a pitstop service, the motorhome service area is only available to overnight stays and is included in the pitch fee. CCTV in operation here.
