Bel endroit pour faire une pause le long du lac pour parcourir le sentier côtier Clagganmountain. Il y a deux grands parkings pour bus/4 petits camping-cars, pas d'installations, très belles vues.
Nice spot to take a break along the lake to walk the Clagganmountain Coastal Trail. There’re two big bus/4 small campers parkings, no facilities, very nice views.
Schöner Ort, um eine Pause entlang des Sees einzulegen, um den Clagganmountain Coastal Trail zu wandern. Es gibt zwei Parkplätze für große Busse / 4 kleine Wohnmobile, keine Einrichtungen, sehr schöne Aussicht.
Un buen lugar para tomar un descanso junto al lago para caminar por el sendero costero de Clagganmountain. Hay dos grandes estacionamientos de autobuses / 4 vehículos recreativos pequeños, sin instalaciones, excelentes vistas.

Schöner Platz direkt am Claggan Trail. Genug Platz für Wohnmobile (längs Parkplätze) sowie normale Parkplätze. Neben der Hauptstrasse, die relativ befahren ist, somit auch gut hörbar. Viele nutzen den Claggan Trail für Spaziergänge mit Hunden.
Un buen lugar para parar a comer o descansar. Es un lugar con mucho viento. Tiene 2 plazas largas.
Eigentlich ein echt schöner Platz. In unserer Nacht war dann aber extremer Sturm und da war man natürlich nicht geschützt. Wesentlich schlimmer aber waren die zwei Autos mit ca. 10 Männern, die mit Taschenlampen um den Van gelaufen sind. Wir mussten dann nachts um 2 verschwinden und was neues suchen…
Parking de bord de route avec 10 emplacement voiture (van) et 2 emplacement Véhicule long. Nous y avons passé un samedi nuit et il y avais pas mal de passage à toute vitesse sur la route toute la nuit, puis nous avons eu le droit à quelque petit rigolo qui sont venu sur le parking klaxonné ! Sinon à par ça, la vue est belle, il y a un depart de rando d'ici.
Really nice place to stay overnight. There are 2 spots for campervans but fit 1 or 2 more easily. Quite during the night and wonderful view over the sea and mountains. There are no facilities. Next to the parking lot is a boardwalk/beach walk that is 2km long.
Wundervoller Platz, grandioser Blick und Sonnenuntergang über der Silhouette von Achill Island, Minaum, Croaghaun und Slievemore. Wunderschöner kleiner Spaziergang über Holzstege durch das Moor und entlang der Küste zurück (2km). Ein Besuch im Nephin Nationalpark Visitor Centre (8km Richtung Norden) lohnt sich ebenfalls! Keinerlei Service.
Superbe endroit, coucher de soleil magique. Sentier de randonnée pédagogique dans la tourbière très agréable.

lovely view across the water. space for several motorhomes - no facilities but about a mile north up the road (WAW) there is a service site were you can empty waste and fill with fresh water for a couple of euros - how good is that ?!!
Stayed here on route to achill island, road is quiet at night besides a couple who decided to have a dispute at half 2 in the morning. Quite windy but it was late January when we stayed. Nice walk for the morning, would happily stay again. No facilities available
