Enormous free car park in the centre of the town. The signs do not say anything about overnight camping but do say that the gates will be locked from 10pm to 6am but the locals they said this never happened and that was our experience.
The entrance is quite narrow so probably not suitable for bigger campervans and the car park is on a slight slope but it's enormous so we had no problem finding a level spot. In the late evening there were a couple of 'boy-racer cars' and the boys were chatting to the girls but they were not noisy or loud in anyway and left no litter whatsoever, not even a cigarette butt! The car park even has a couple of portaloos, although we didn't explore them.
The Weatherspoons pub across this road was great value and ideal for evening meal and especially breakfast from 8am.
A very safe if sloping free car park which is great for a smaller van.

Quiet after midnight, noise from 7am with local traffic / bin trucks Etc. But very close to Wetherspoons & shops. Plus it’s Free, so no complaints really. No toilets nearby we could find, public ones by leisure centre are now boarded up unfortunately. Most level part of car park is bottom left end as you drive in, opposite the Wetherspoons sign.

Urban car park, so it is what it is! Some late night noise from pubs/bars kicking out but no hint of any trouble.

great free car park with no restrictions, not very level up top but when it emptys out in evening can move to the more level lower bit. Convenient wetherspoons few minutes walk away. Bit of noise when the pub kicks out but nothing to bothersome

Free parking, no restrictive notices. Wide enough for large MH entry. No barriers. Park at the bottom of the park, opposite ‘spoons’, but is next to road. No services of note. Centre of town. Lots of pubs in the area so could get noisy at night. Lidl 100m and Sainsbury’s not far. Nice small town. Only stayed the day whilst shopping. No other area to park except side streets at night.

No difficulty parking 6.5m Motorhome in the reasonably level lower left hand side of the car park (adjacent Wetherspoons Palladium) and for Saturday was very peaceful overnight, with no restrictions. Short, easy walk into town for accessing the shops and pubs. Rubbish bins are in town. Responsible grey water discharge possible. Good 4G signal. Midsomer Norton a nice town to visit with LIDL handy.

Boy racers hang out at the top by the electric car park spaces, the rest of the car park is on quite a slant. Wetherspoons breakfast was nice though.

Not busy but the seaguls just before 5am were so loud fighting over chips left over from the night before. Also a bit tilted and car park lights on all the time, however a good spot to stay for a night stop.

Great little spot for a night. The town is lovely with a Spoons and nice shops. As said slopes a bit and a few cars late but no bother. Used it twice and love the place.
