Beautiful place, close to the water and with a view for the "Montado" (hill with oak trees). Perfect to spend the night and some time.

A lovely peaceful night, two other campervans there when we arrived. Flat and level parking on a gravel area overlooking the water. The road down is a bit bumpy but we did it no problem, just slowly in our 7.5t 8m long vehicle. A good stop off along the N2.
Zufahrt ist grenzgängig, aber dann steht man entweder direkt am See oder mit Blick auf den See auf dem Plateau - hier passen sicher 10 Wohnmobile oder Vans hin.
Paz e tranquilidade para passar o dia e noite. zona de estacionamento em cima da barragem ou até junto ao rio. optimo para picnic e relaxar.
Chemin d'accès raide et accidenté, baignade impossible (même pour les chiens) car il y a des algues partout. Et le petit espace en pierre sans intérêt. Bref à éviter, dormez en haut du Miradouro da Barragem Vale do Gaio (Boulangerie excellente dans le village à 230 mètres).
Eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Wir waren hier für eine Nacht. Wir haben nicht direkt am See geschlafen sondern oberhalb am Parkplatz.
Magnifique endroit très calme et propre, il y a une poubelle pas très loins. Nous étions totalement seules. Légèrement en pente à certains endroits. Attention cependant à ne pas rouler trop proche du lac car c’est très vaseux, il y a des risques de s’embourber. Nous avons aussi vu des moutons!
