Just down from the visitor centre continue on to reach the big water of fleet viaduct and just after a track to your right leads you down to a perfect spot next to the stream with a picnic bench. the facilities of toilet and waste disposal are back at the visitor center. walking distance of required.

Toll gelegener Stellplatz Es hat wie erwähnt in der Nähe ein Besucherzentrum bei welchem man die Toiletten benutzen kann. Der Boden war als wir ankamen sehr feucht und aufgeweicht. Es hat maximal Platz für 2 Camper. Ein Fluss ist auch in der nähe
One of the best spots I've ever used! We were the only ones there on a Thursday night. River running past with a sandy 'beach'....the dogs were in heaven! Walked from here to Loch Grannoch and around Cairnsmore of Fleet. Very peaceful night with no issues. 4G on EE. Spotlessly clean, please keep it that way or we will lose it!
Great little hidden gem, the road down there was a bit narrow and blind bends for about 25 mins. But once there it was peaceful, midges was out in force in the evening but thats Scotland. Very picturesque and would stay there again, zero phone reception down there too.

Beautiful location - we had 2 nights here. Enjoyed a walk round Clints of Dromore and a cycle on up the track, and walk over the viaduct. Various visitors and dog walkers but no one else staying. Lucky with some blue skies and felt privileged to stay here.
Stayed there for one night with our two dogs. very quiet & secluded, plenty of space and quite flat. Ground is quite soft so if wet can cause some wheel spins but easy to access & lovely views.
Beautiful spot, very remote. Parking area at the visitor centre and further along the track. Very quiet and undisturbed. Amazing place for the night. No mobile reception.
Lovely place but can be a bit boggy so be careful. Also watch out for ticks and adders in the long grass
