kaokivan10/06/2022Parfait site de pêche au saumon et truites. Donc des pêcheurs . BEl emplacement accès par la une oste un peu houleuse ….parfait . 10 minutes d d’la sortie d autoroute !
CV123405/06/2022Dieser Platz scheint der Parkplatz für die lokalen Angler zu sein. Im unteren dem Fluss zugewandten Bereich relativ eben für 1-2 kleinere Wohnmobile, der Rest ist mit 3-5 Grad etwas schräg. Wir hatten am Abend nur 1 Besucher mit Hund und Parkplatz sowie den nahegelegenen Strand die ganze Nacht bis 10:00 Uhr am Morgen für uns. Ein sehr schönes Plätzchen, das (noch) ohne Verbotsschilder auskommt.
ducotedefanny22/04/2022Très petit parking au calme. Peut contenir 5 voitures max donc 2 gros camping cars max pour ne pas gêner les locaux. Nous étions seuls de 21h à 9h. Seulement quelques pêcheurs le soir et un promeneur le matin. Locaux très aimables ils n'ont pas eu l'air dérangés de notre présence. Bon internet H 4G Petite route avec nids de poule sur quelques centaines de mètres, si vous roulez doucement ça ira.

Waren auf der Durchreise und für 1 Nacht hier. Ruhiger kleiner Platz ca. 500m von der B725 entfernt. Der Weg von der Straße zum Parkplatz ist unbefestigt und am Ende leicht abschüssig. Es ist Platz für 3-4 Wohnmobile. Einen Punkt Abzug, wegen der abschüssigen Stellfläche. Ausstattung: Mülleimer und Internet (sehr langsam, 500 kbit/s)

Lovely stop down an old track to a clearing next to the river. 2 other campervans joined us later around 8 other than that not a soul in sight ??

A really good spot with close connection to the motorway but no noise heard. There were 2 bins. Plenty of room for for 3-4 transporters if people park responsibly, however there was only us and 1 other van there. I think you would struggle in a long vehicle (unless you were the only vehicle there) The road isn’t great so again bigger vehicles would likely struggle.
IngoSundowner30/12/2021Really lovely spot by the river Annan. If you put the postcode into your SatNav just drive a little further and then turn left between fields. yes, a bumpy road but worth it. We're the only ones here. Trying to put up a video on here but not sure it'll be working.

Stayed 25th Dec, one other campervan and a few dog walkers. Could be a intermate stopping point as used durex on floor in the morning, shame as there's a bin less than 10 yards away!

RichardHowes06/11/2021Beautifully quiet spot directly next to the river. I arrived on a rainy Sunday night in October and there were 2 other motorhomes there. It was ok for me to do a 3 point turn, but I did think if another large motorhome came down here, the might need to reverse the few hundred yards back uphill along the bumpy lane. I would stay again.

A little gem miniutes off the motorway but quiet and beautiful. A bumpy track as others have said but fine if you take it slow. 2 other big campers there and plenty of room for us.

Very quiet and not far off the main road. Didn’t have the best sleep as there was a bit of an angle but it was a stunning little spot and was brilliant to be off the main road. East to find take a brief stroll along the river.

Perfect spot! Stayed here overnight midweek in mid August after a long drive and only one other camper van joined me later in the evening. Very quiet, very secluded and only a short detour from the motorway. I would definitely return here if the need arises.

Lovely location. Stopped on route back from NC 500. When we arrived there were 3 other motorhomes but there was room for us all. Would stop there again.

Absolutely stunning spot, very close to a salmon (catch & release) river, away from busy roads and very quiet. Off the beaten track, so take the road slowly as bumpy & wildlife busy! To get to the river, walk down the path and through the gate. Bins available, no other amenities. Sign says fishing permit can be purchased. Car park is stony, so good for a safe little cook-up.

Arrived about half 7 on a Saturday evening and left at 11 on the Sunday and didn’t see another person the whole time. It’s an absolute gem of a spot. There’s bins, we both had phone reception and no issue with midgies.
