Absolutely perfect overnight stop. We were in 7.5m Motorhome. No signs saying no campers. No services but bars, restaurants and cafes right beside you. Beautiful man made shingle beach. Very clean and quiet. We paid £20 to park from 3pm to 10am. No height restrictions

Bon fish and chips au harbour inn. Le village est sympa. Bonne etape quand on sort tard du ferry.

Fab location and views . The least I’ve been disturbed at a location yet ! Barr the wind which really did pick up ha ha ! Plenty of food outlets at the Harbour arm and great to walk the dog & wake up to . Stunning sundown and sun up . Cost me £20 for 19.00 -09.30 for a Medium roof transit .

We just parked here 2 hours to visit the beach. Nice big parking lot with open view over the harbour, sea and white cliffs. Right next to the beach and a newly developed promenade with bars, restaurants etc., nice atmosphere. Officially it would have been £25 flat fee but the machine just charged us the regular rate (£3.60). Possibly our foreign vehicle license was our luck.

Lieu très atypique, très bel aménagement de l’ancien port et l’ancienne gare, des restos… Nous avons passé une nuit très calme (bercés par les mouettes tout de même) dans un très beau paysage.

Great spot, lots of space even for larger vehicles. The harbour arm has a market, eating and drinking places with outdoor entertainment. The beach boardwalk has many of the pieces on the art trail and there is an adventure playground in the park that runs above the beach. We parked for the day although overnight parking is allowed (£25). It's fairly blowy as you'd expect - hold on to your hats!

This is the Folkestone Harbour Arm carpark. Check out the website. It is large and flat. Entry and exit is by registration recognition. It looks like the charge for overnight is £14.00 if under 2.9m and £25.00 if over 2.9m. You choose what fee to pay at the machine before you leave. It's a great spot. Lots of local take-aways, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The beach is a few minutes walk.

Nice parking just in the Barbour at walking distance from the pier. We stayed almost 3 hours last Sunday and we paid £5 so a nice stay for a walk or just for a nice fish and chips
