Fab woodland stopover. Flatter parking further into the woods as mentioned earlier. Very peaceful, stunning woods, birdsong and only 6 1/2 min drive from Carisbrooke Castle. No signs, no charge, no height barriers, we decided to do a litter pick before we left as there was quite a bit laying around. But great stop otherwise.

Ground a little uneven but a beautiful place to spend the night, very quiet. No litter bins so take your waste with you

This is a nice park up. It’s slightly slopped and the road into the car park has large potholes. There is good EE signal and only 3G 02 signal. There are no bins, so please take your rubbish with you. There is no road noise, very quiet, ideal stop over for cowes ferry terminal. Would recommend!

Schöner Platz für eine Pause. Wenig Straßenlärm zu hören. Die Bäume bieten Schutz gegen die Sonne.

Parked here last night after arriving on the late ferry. 2 motor homes already in, tucked away at the back of the car park. Quiet night, dog walkers start arriving just after 7am. Signs up saying it's being resurfaced 26.04.23 so might be closed for a few days.

Beautiful spot to walk up in and very close to Ferry, which I got in late from, only one motorhome down in the overflow carpark and some kids having a small party, no issues. Dog walkers seemed to stay up in the top carparks till I left around 10am.

Great place to stop over. Stayed 2 nights. Fab if you have a dog. Not flat but the end bit is best. Cars come and go. Lovely sun trap too.

Stopped here after a 3am ferry crossing. One van already here. Awoke to a nice sunny morning, had 2 nights here. lots of dog walkers at the weekend. Great for walks in the woods, spotted some red squirrels here too. We toured the Island for a week and came back on the afternoon before a 1am crossing back. A great place to stopover.

Came here to escape horrendous winds and freezing temperature on coast. Great spot surrounded by nature, loads of walks on forest trails, picnic tables but no other facilities. Dog walkers early morning but otherwise very quiet. Stayed overnight without problem.

Perfect for those of us with dogs. My boy was in his element. Picnic benches close enough to be convenient but far enough away to not feel like you're sat in a car park. One of the best night's sleep I've had. I parked in the end car park and didn't even get woken by the dog walkers arriving too which was a bonus. A bit muddy in parts but nothing horrific.

Very quiet and immersed in nature. A couple of cars stopped by late Saturday evening, but people got off, were in the woods, and came back to leave. No noise or nuisance. Dog walkers from very early, but again not an issue to a good night sleep.

Nice quiet spot. Couple of overnighters but check your spot before setting up as our smelt heavily of urine!

A very quiet, nice flat carpark. Stayed one night. Easy for ferry home.

Very quiet, especially if you go into the second section of the car park. Watch out for the mosquitoes if you go for a walk in the woods
