karlavollrath04/08/2023Richtig netter und sehr bemühter Besitzer. Obwohl wir erst gegen 21:30 angekommen sind wurden wir herzlich angenommen. Sanitäranlagen sauber und der Platz bietet ganz viel Grün. Sehr gerne wieder!

chr1s12/08/2022Well located camping near to Ullwater lake. Good facilities, small playground, kind people. Reservation might be needed if planning to stay more than a night.

5 stars campsite. £30 for a motorhome + 2 adults. Bathroom and showers are super clean, all services included. Grey waters for non removal tanks can be disposed on a manhole they have next to the bins. Lovely area to stay. Would definitely come back. You should call before booking online, once confirmed availability you cay pay deposit online

Great site within easy reach of Ullswater, aire force waterfall and derentwater. Helpful staff, many pubs nearby. Drive over waste water (lift drain cover), great facilities (hot showers, clean loos etc). Hope to visit again!

Very nice campsite nestled in the hills of Cumbria, toilets and site immaculate, and a few decent pubs within cycling distance. Would stay again. A note that the fee was £25 excluding the electric hook up, but well worth it.

We loved the place. Sadly, this was only a place to stop on our way but home and we couldn’t enjoy it properly. Amazing facilities and friendly staff. Much more than a motorhome area, it’s a proper campsite for tents, etc. We’ll definitely coming back to spend few days there!!!

We stayed here last night and it is one of the best sites we have ever stayed on, the facilities were some of the best and the views were amazing. All this for £25 a night for the 2 of us and 3 dogs. This is one that we will definitely be coming back to.
