Brilliant stop over! Used the app and paid £6 from 5pm to 10am the next morning. Great pub and cafe. Super views. Slipping levelling blocks solved by wedging up against a small lip on concrete edging at rear of space.

  • 3/5

Lovely overnight spot, peaceful and scenic despite the slope. Lovely walks. Paid £18 for overnight and plus a few hours via app. Sadly, we got back a few mins late and a hefty fine was waiting so beware. We wanted to stay a second night but left immediately.

  • 4/5

Good overnight spot. Lovely and quiet. Good internet signal aswell. Car park isnt level but you make do. Good walks and plenty of walks to exercise the dog.

  • 5/5

5 dedicated motor home bays. £10 for 24hrs. Right next to toilets and a cafe. Good 4G. The ground is not level though.

  • 5/5

What a gorgeous spot, such so we stayed for 2 nights & paid by phone. 6 marked bays for motorhomes and ours fit perfect at 7.5m. Very clean and tidy with huge refuse bins provided so please be respectful of the surroundings and facilities. Coffee shop and toilets open 7am until 7pm and the local pub open from midday. Fabulous walks into Herne Bay along the coastal path.

Highly recommend this place! We stayed for one night in our camper van. It's a beautiful parking space directly at the beach. It's very clean and has clean public bathrooms (open 7am - 7pm). We liked the pub and the coffee shop. The area is accessible for disabled people. Even the playground had offers for children with disabilities.

  • 5/5

Lieu magique pour passer la nuit avec un coucher de soleil magnifique

  • 5/5

Lovely place, nice cafe that sells pancakes and loos that open at 8am. Children’s play area and great access to nice cliff top walks

  • 5/5

Nice quiet stay, plenty of spaces with a few dedicated for motorhomes. Slight slope, but nothing to worry about. Toilet block on site with pub a very short distance away. Lovely sea views with stunning sunsets!! Just a lovely place to stop over!!

  • 4/5

Great little find after our first choice, fell thru, the carpark is on a slight slope but it's bearable, nice and quiet, the toilet block was open all the time, even though the sign said set times, cafe wasn't open when I stayed, but was a Sunday, pub within a few mins walk, great sea view

  • 5/5

Ein schöner und ruhiger Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Morgens sind viele Hundebesitzer da. Öffentliche Toiletten während der Café Öffnungszeiten.

  • 5/5

Great little park up, 7 spaces slight slope but very clean and great views. There is a play area for the kids, a cafe and toilets.

  • 5/5

awesome little stay, toilets, coffee shop and pub/restaurant close by and it's free parking from 8pm to 8.30 am otherwise £10 for 24hrs

  • 5/5

Stayed 1 night in a nice quiet little spot where we woke up to sunshine and a clear view across the sea. Had a drink at The King Ethelbert pub and although they were empty and ready to close the landlady Jenny was happy for us to stay until closing time

  • 4/5

Lovely quiet night with just the noise of the sea. Thanks to the local council for providing dedicated bays. Slope was a bit of an inconvenience ramp’s slipped on concrete/gravel surface and could not be used.

  • 4/5

We spent a lovely night here Dec 22. No other overnighters popular with dog walkers. Cafe/toilets closed ~1600hrs but re-opened @0730hrs. Paid £10 for 24hrs - time printed on ticket a bit misleading but no issues. Nice local with good pub grub a couple of mins walk away. Stunning views of Reculver Fort and up and down the coast. Several nice cafes along great walk/cycle path to Herne Bay&Margate.

  • 5/5

Excellent. Quiet. Lots of space. Great for walks. No services - but cafe and public loo available.

  • 3/5

lovely views but on a slope and concrete very slippery. quite night . narrow road access

  • 5/5

Nice spot with sea views. quiet and calm at night. toilets and fresh water tap one minute walk. plenty of walking a cycling paths for exploring the coastline. one minor downside is the road to carpark as you turn off the A299. It is single track in places. some local drivers have severe anger management issues. the sight of a camper or MH on the same road appears to evoke severe rage in them

  • 5/5

Sehr schöner Platz, viele Hunde, öffentliche Toiletten, sehr zu empfehlen.

  • 4/5

parcheggio perfetto per la notte, anche se molto in pendenza. nessun servizio, bagni del bar accanto di giorno quando aperto. fronte mare e fronte ciclabile che segue la costa in sede separata, consigliata.

  • 5/5

Great location close to seafront. Quiet car park over Jubilee Weekend. Toilets nearby open from 7:30am-7:30pm. Water fill up at toilets. Old church ruins and Roman fort were fascinating. Pub close by had great atmosphere. There are two Carparks there the one to the west where we stayed has no height restriction. Cafe at carpark.

  • 3/5

Mooie plaats, maar nogal stevige helling. 10 pond per 24u is ok, maar voor een kleine campervan zijn er betere, goedkopere en mooiere plaatsen te vinden in de buurt. Wel zicht op zee...

  • 5/5

Can only get in this car park (there are 2 at Reculver). Other one has a barrier. Nice spot. Very quiet after 7pm at beginning of April. Pub was nice but book a table if eating inside. Toilets were open 7.30 to 7.30 and very clean. café looked nice. Lots of dog walkers and a lovely walk. Beautiful spot with history. £10 max paid - circle through to camper option on the pay machine to get this

Spent two nights here, clean toilets and a great little cafe serving excellent coffee. Good wifi signal and nice walks/ cycle paths nearby. Will definitely visit again.

  • 5/5

Had one night here, nice and peaceful and toilets nearby that open early in the morning. Would definitely visit again.

  • 5/5

Beautiful place to spend the night. very quiet. Will definitely be visiting again.

  • 5/5

Had a great night here ,has toilets and water and a nice cafe. quiet at night but lots of dog walkers during the day . parking can be paid via phone or contactless. parking is slightly sloped but wasn't a problem.

  • 5/5

Parked here also..Its £10.00 for 24hrs in a moho there is designated parking bays for campervans.. very quiet at nice and busy in the day with dog walkers and sightseeing peps.. cafe/coffee shop on site and a pub next door.. would recommend

  • 3/5

Stayed for one night. Very peaceful location with stunning views of the sunset. As mentioned in previous comments, the car park does slope slightly but it's wasn't an issue. I slept like a baby. There is another car park further on that is flatter but it has a height restriction although it doesn't state the height. I will definitely recommend.

  • 4/5

A great park up, very quiet, fantastic views and felt very safe.

  • 4/5

Great stopover. Dedicated Moho spaces. Next to cafe and toilets. On the Viking coastal trail route. Free after 8pm. Max of £10 for 24hrs.
