Great stop over, stayed on a Thursday which was quiz night, friendly helpful staff secured us a table so we could take part. Food lovely would highly recommend.

Tattyanna05/06/2023Stayed on Saturday night. Lovely pub. Lovely staff. Had drinks in the garden. Dogs very welcome on leads. Excellent nights sleep. Would love to come again. Thanks to all concerned.

Ended up staying two night. Great staff, great location. The menu was good and the food on the second night was much better.

Schöner Stellplatz an einem Pub, die Straße ist nachts wenig befahren, das Personal ist freundlich und wer mag den Abend nicht bei einem Bier ausklingen lassen. Man kann die sanitären Einrichtungen des Pubs nutzen, wenn es geöffnet ist.

Great little place in the new forest area. Free to park overnight as long as you have a drink or more in the pub, food was lovely, great portion sizes and a good selection to choose from. Staff are really lovely and accommodating, let them know you are staying and they will be happy to accommodate, you just need to park at the back of the car park nearer to fence to not obstruct the rest of the car park. Can use pub facilities until it shuts at 11. All in all a great stopover and will definitely be back!

stayed here last night, myself and my dog honi were made to feel very welcome, we even shared a burger. felt safe, and slept well. recommend this as a stop.
RustyShed25/09/2021Found the place on the app and I’m please I did. We entered the pub to ask if it was ok to stop the night in the car park and the land lady couldn’t have been more helpful. On top of feeling safe that night, a couple of beers and a very traditional pub cheese burger and chips finished us off. I would highly recommend this place for a safe overnight stay, and a large pub dinner. We are going again!

My daughter an I had a wonderful evening meal and pudding. we stayed the night which was peaceful there was one other van near us. Will return
