It's a great little spot tucked away from the road. Noise from the traffic till late and started again early in the morning but I still managed to sleep well. Felt safe as there was lots of truckers also, staying the night as well.
Haben unser WC entleert aber sie Stanken sehr und sahen nicht auber aus.
Traffic all night, noise not too bad if you tuck in by the hedge, toilets locked at night. overnight parking appears to be accepted, also used by truckers.
Great large lay-by, shop/cafe and clean toilets. ( Disabled toilet door screwed shut though) We stopped for lunch and a coffee. No problems with finding a nice spot( no wee smell in hedge which is always a bonus). Picked some elderberries to take home! Would give it a go overnight if this way again. (Didn’t see any no overnight parking signs)

Stayed - no problems - busy road noise albeit fab coffee and bacon butty from the tuck shop in the morning which opens at 8am. Owner says busy doggers and swinging car park but no sightings on our visit.
Cafe, loos, 24hr parking, no charge, could be a little noisy being next to the A35
Stopped here often on the way south. Its a useful stop for a break / lunch / rest but it is very busy. Toilets and cafe are OK and the owner is friendly. Not sure I'd want to overnight here - the A35 is a very busy road.
Can be noisy if parked in the right bays. Not so much if on the side of the hedgerow. Great cafe
