It would be easy to drive past and miss this spot as it’s only small but is right next to the road. Was a good place to spend the night as level and quiet. The only issue was some cars would beep their horns when passing, not sure why they do that, do they not want tourists bringing money to the area?
Stayed for the night, arrived 7.30pm and left at 8.45am. Was a quiet night, few cars passing and in the morning a few beeped but nothing too bad. We were joined by another motorhome, room for 2 vans comfortably, 3 at a push.
Parked from 8.30pm to 9am. The night was reasonably quiet with just a few cars driving past but it got busy and loud in the morning. Probally would not spend more than one night here. Lots of cars driving by fast and one car beeped whilst passing in the morning so it felt like a good idea to move on. The landscape is fairly bare, smaller and stealth vans may feel more comfortable here.
