we stopped for one night enroute home from Scotland, the owner was very warm and welcoming, allowed us to choose our pitch and showed us all the facilities. they have a really lovely new toilet and shower block, kept lovely and clean. showers are 20p, and it was £30 cash for the night. Fab pub across the road too. definitely recommend staying here.
We vroegen vriendelijk of we - tegen betaling - onze watertank even mocht vullen. Werd niet gewaardeerd en we werden verzocht te vertrekken. Ook bij de camping om de hoek konden we niet terecht.

Excellent Site and the last reveiw was incorrect there is a washing up area/toilet/shower on the other side fo the hedge near to the new block. Paul greated us with a warm welcome after a very long drive. The place is emaculate and very well kept, quite and just what we wanted even though it was fully booked. No noise from the roads at all and a great pub across the road, a little piece of heaven!
Currently no washing up facilities and only one men’s toilet and shower, but new facilities being built (I think), so 4 stars given on this basis. Living far from main roads, we found the road noise from the M6 quite intrusive - depends what you’re used to I guess. As previously noted by others, very friendly welcome. Cash only and book ahead for the local restaurant at the hotel.
Beau camping, attention, les sanitaires sont restreints, pas de bac à vaisselle, pas de lavabos fermé côté homme et douche payante. Néanmoins très propres et accueillants. 30 livres pour cc et 3 adultes. Personnel au top.
Erg vriendelijke beheerder.. Ook beschikbaar voor service zoals legen zwart water.. mooie verharde plaatsen.. Dicht bij M6 maar die hoor je amper.

Super Platz zum Übernachten wenn man auf dem Weg nach Schottland oder zurück ist. 5 min. von der Autobahn entfernt. Sehr sehr netter Besitzer der einem hilfreich zur Seite steht. Sanitär überschaubar aber sauber. Nettes Restaurant mit Pub direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben für 4 Erwachsene mit WoMo und Zelt mit Strom 30£ bezahlt. Wir kommen wieder.
Called up Paul to enquire! Such a lovely and friendly guy! And so helpful as well! It’s a cute little campsite just off the m6 but doesn’t feel like you’re camping right by a motorway! Definitely would recommend!

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Besitzer, hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt, Sanitäranlagen klein (ladies 1 Dusche und 2 Klos) aber sauber, in den Duschen sogar mit Duschgel und kleinen Badezimmerutensilien, wirkt familiär, gibt auch eine Pizza zum Bestellen
Brilliant little site right next to canal and fab pub. Only booked at lunchtime and had immediate confirmation email with full details, arrived to a very warm welcome. All facilities excellent and sparkly clean, very relaxed atmosphere and dog friendly (we have 3 and it was no prob). £27.50 with EHU for one night, very reasonable. Highly recommended!
Lovely small campsite 5 minutes off motorway with nice walk along canal. £25 with EHU. Very friendly owner.
