Very sloped. If you block off the bottom section sideways you might be able to get level but driving or reversing in is way too much angle for us

Lots of potholes, very sloped, not an ideal park up, only in an emergency. No phone reception either, didn’t stay.

Lovely walks for the dog and many geocaches to be found. Ground is very sloped so may be a problem for some. Lots of dogwalkers from early hours, Would stay again if i was near this area.

nice location but fresh broken glass on slopey ground

Lovely spot amongst the trees and lots of good walks. Although it was right beside the road we weren't disturbed by any traffic. The only downside was the slope. As the only van there we managed to find a spot slightly flatter than the rest.

Adored this one! One of our first “one night lay-by” stopovers in our van. No one else around from 8pm-8am (then a few dog walkers parking up and heading out but that’s all!) gorgeous location! As said already beautiful walks around. Toilets just down the road weren’t open (or look like they have been in decades) but otherwise perfect. Let’s keep this one clean ✨

Really lovely park up, and lovely walks all around. Peaceful sleep and good Wi-Fi signal :)

Beautiful forest walks straight from the van. Lots of room. We managed without chocks but some area are steeper than others. Well worth visiting the house rocks nearby.

Beautiful position with lovely walks, but although might be OK midweek, we tried to stay on a Friday night and decided to move on at 9pm as joined by loud music playing, drinking, shouting youths. Such a shame as it is Beautiful.

Dont turn into Castle Hill lane.. parking on Kingsfield lane lovely walks. Check out Grannys rock on 10 mins walk from parking. Its shown on Google maps. Roadside parking , popular with dog walkers. Highly recommend.
