Small space on the bend on route to Dunnet Head. There are a few spots after this which are easier to manoeuvre and get level but this a nice spot (need an SUV really).
Kleiner Platz in der Kurve auf dem Weg nach Dunnet Head. Danach gibt es ein paar Stellen, die leichter zu manövrieren und eben zu werden sind, aber dies ist eine schöne Stelle (brauche wirklich einen SUV).

Absolutely amazing spot, can get very windy up there but surrounded by nature and on a No through road, there’s a parking viewpoint at the top of the road but wasn’t very busy in October and very quiet overnight. A decent sized space and fairly flat. No restriction signs just a sign saying no fires
Nice quiet spot with good 4G. I parked here in my low estate car so any vehicle can park here no problem. Road is busy during the day.
Schöner ruhiger Platz. In der Nähe mehrere Optionen mit festerem Untergrund, die jedoch alle schon belegt waren. Kein Mückenproblem im Juni. Ebenes Parken möglich, Stellplatz auch komfortabel groß.

Stunning sunset. Not too windy considering where it is. Drove down to Thurso to surf the next day, perfect. Good phone signal.
Stayed in a LWB van, was fine if you only stay on the first firmer section. We did a litter pick and found so much waste from previous campers - a lot of it clearly loo roll etc. PLEASE take your litter away and don't leave it for others to clean up!
Stayed here for a night in a SWB T5 and had plenty of room. Wouldn’t recommend for anything bigger than LWB T5 (or equivalent). Only room for 1 vehicle. Great spot, very private as no traffic on the small road after around 7pm. Might struggle to get up the small hill after rain unless in a 4x4, but fine in the dry. Not quite level but close enough.
Stayed here for one night in our Ford Transit custom. Had room to pop up the awning. A few other pull ins ahead. Very peaceful and no traffic through the night
Stayed for one night, was level for a car/4x4. It was quite quiet after 1900 and very safe as you have neighbours close by (but still private for all). It is only big enough for a medium size car/4x4.
