Golf club car park dirt/gravel on Fairborne seafront with seawall views. seconds from the pebble and sand beach. maybe a bit noisy on a Saturday night from the golf club bar but a great little deserted park. friendly bartender and accepted me posting this on park4night.

I really like this place for the location. Short hop over the wall and you're on the beach. It has a short walk to the shops/chippy/cafe/train station. £3 rtn to barmouth. 24hr toilets, the clubhouse looks nice inside. The golf course didn't look brilliant, just a small pitch and putt on a field. Bit pricey at £15 a night but I'd happily go back.

Great little spot, with 24 hour toilets. I have to agree with the other reviews that £15 is a bit steep though. Toilets were clean, staff was super polite, and the beach is just over the sea wall. Took a bit to find a level spot. Was a little bit of noise before the pub closed for the night, but nothing over night. We woke up to a beautiful view of snow covered mountains.

    trop cher maintenant a £15

  • 3/5

Stayed before for £10 and made very welcome. Was going to ask/pay to stay tomorrow but now it’s £15 there are better value alternatives. What a pity! Let me know when it goes back to £10 and we will come again. Had my clubs packed too!

  • 3/5

It was fine for £10, but £15 too steep, for a car park with pot holes and massive puddles! We were going to have a drink in the bar, but changed our mind when he said the price had gone up. Shame!

Stayed here on the 01st March 2024. They had just put the price up to £15 a night. Welcoming bar man and friendly locals… toilets open all night so that’s good … we moved after one night though as round the corner it was £17 with a hook up … Brilliant value for £10 but a bit expensive for £15….the bar was really accommodating to our curious dog and gave him lots of treat’s. 1 minute from the beach

Here for a night for £10. toilets open all night and no hurry to leave in the morning. lovely sound of the sea lashing against the shore. It's a perfect stopover with a bar onsite and quite (Tues), I'd definitely stay here again!

  • 5/5

Great place to stop amazing sunrises over the mountains and sunsets into the sea. We got there around 3pm and paid £10 at the clubhouse bar, the friendly staff said there was no rush to leave in the morning.

Top Lage. ⁰All Inklusive Stellplatz für 10£ (ohne Strom) top . Vorbild für die Region. Sollte Schule machen.

  • 5/5

A lovely welcome from the golf club owner. We were charged £10 for the night but told there was no hurry to leave the next day, just pop and pay if we wanted another night. There was access to the toilet all night which had hot water. There was somewhere to empty the toilet. The car park is gravel with a view of the golf club. It is next to a quiet road which leads to the small Barmouth ferry. There is also the little Fairbourne railway which follows the road. Just cross over the road to the shingle bank to the beautiful Sandy beach.

Great location. Car park is very uneven & massive puddles when it's wet. Very noisy from the clubhouse on a Saturday night. Basic toilets, but they were clean. Water is available, but the position of the tap makes it awkward to get a motorhome to it. Good for an occasional night. £10 per night, pay in the bar.

Yes what it says on the tin, I'm parked up for £10 having a few beers with the locals. Good location, beach, golf, drinks, grill nearby ideal.

  • 5/5

Stayed for one night. Just walked in the bar and paid a tenner. Walked down the road to the bar and grill for some food then came back and had some drinks in the bar here. Great views over the mountains and a stunning sunset at night. Bar was a decent price too. Exactly what your looking for Toilets open 24/hour.

Rugby club bar man very pleasant and safe parking for £10 a night Lovely on a nice day. Train rides, cycle path to Dolgellau on mawddach trail or over bridge to Barmouth. Lovely fish and chips opposite the station. Pebble beach.

  • 5/5

Terribly wet and windy weather, but didn’t stop husband and son playing a round for £5 and a quiet night stay for £10. Must be very nice in good weather with mountain view’s and beach opposite. Still enjoyed getting the train and little ferry over to Barmouth.

  • 5/5

Great find and great suggestion by all for an overnight stop. Amazing location with Mountain View’s out the back and the sandy beach just beyond the sea wall. Pay £10 at the bar inside the club house. Toilets open 24hrs and can fill up with water too.

  • 5/5

Great place to stay . Beautiful location with mountain views and the beach is facing the car park just beyond the wall. Go inside the club house and pay £10 at the bar . Toilets were clean and open to use over night. Plamned to stay 1 night. Changed our minds and stayed 3 nights .

  • 5/5

Really friendly owners and locals. The beach is dog friendly and really quite even in season. Highly recommended will be returning !

  • 4/5

Great stop over we stayed two nights at £10 p night with Elsa point, drinking water and 24 hr toilets. Very friendly and helpful staff . Beautiful views across to Barmouth.

  • 5/5

Another great stop in Fairbourne with excellent views over the estuary and mountains, just across the road from the beach. Very welcoming clubhouse staff; we didn't use the bar but it looked well stocked and inviting. They leave the toilets open 24/7. If it's not open, you can leave payment in the honesty box by the golf course. A good stopover; the UK needs more of these.

Cracking spot next to beach and 45 minutes hike into Barmouth. Lovely clubhouse, great mountain views plus toilets all for a £10. Bendigedig!!

  • 5/5

Stunning views both out to sea and inland toward snowdon national park. Friendly locals and a great little club house.

  • 5/5

Great park up, very quiet & perfect for the beach & cycle path up the estuary. Friendly reception, £10 for the night. Amazing view.

  • 5/5

Great park up and stunning sights . Plus nice pint in the golf club bar with friendly staff . This is one to keep hold of . Great stopover

  • 4/5

Great location between a golf course & the sea. Steam train runs alongside the road from Fairbourne to Barmouth. Stayed here for 2 nights, lovely walks with dogs. A little noisy at night (though it is a bank hol weekend so no complaints). Feels safer being in the car park than on the side of the road. Paid at the bar £20 for 48 hrs. Toilets are left open overnight.

  • 5/5

We spent a night here right next to the 1st hole tee. The 19th hole was very welcome too. There are some truly amazing walks from this site. We loved it.

  • 5/5

Lovely stop over. Made to feel very welcome. Bargain at £10 for 24 hours parking

  • 5/5

Great little place to stop, very friendly and accommodating, car park is right opposite the beach…club house open to non members and full use of facilities… and a big shout out to the owner who lent us his jump leads and his car to start our van the next morning! Top bloke!! Well recommended

  • 5/5

Another lovely stay, little gem of a place, nice and quiet. Great walks, stunning views all for a tenner. Golf club staff are the best.

  • 5/5

Stunning park up. The social club was reasonably priced and all the locals were very welcoming. Cannot Wait to come back in summer.

  • 5/5

Fantastic stay. Enjoyed two peaceful nights and good sea air. £10 per night and toilet facilities. very welcoming.

  • 5/5

Stayed here two nights. Right on the sea front. We can here 6pm the first night thinking we’d only really be welcome evening time but it’s a all day honesty carpark so the next day we left the Van and went on the train to Barmouth. Easy transaction just paid at the bar. Pleasant guy behind the bar. Have the football on and benches outside. Toilet clean and accessible in the night. £10 a night.

  • 5/5

Good level ground, nice beach next to it. Good 4g signal. Man behind bar in golf club really helpful. £10 for the night

  • 4/5

Really friendly guy on the bar. £10 for overnight which can be paid cash or card. Beach just over the wall and beautiful sunset. Toilets open all night

  • 4/5

Friendly welcome. Lovely views and amazing sunset. Level car park. Great to watch the sheep and lambs. Quiet night with 4 other campervans.

  • 4/5

Lovely little stopover. £10pn. Toilets open. Lovely scenery overlooking golf course and mountains. Beach just over the road. Sheep roaming around. Ferry into Barmouth a short walk. Very quiet when we stayed here, will definitely return.

  • 4/5

Spent one night, standard cost of £10 per vehicle which includes toilets which are open all night. Hardstanding was level and is right next to the seawall and beach. Great views. surrounded by sheep of an evening which the kids loved.

  • 2/5
