Not right on side of the road but very close, you can still hear a lot of the cars but it calms down and you can spend a quiet night. Great views.
Lay-by juste à l'écart de la route principale séparée par quelques buissons. Espace pour plusieurs camionnettes. Vues spectaculaires sur le lac. Méfiez-vous du gros rocher de la route (peint en jaune à la bombe).
Lay-by just away from main road separated by a few bushes. Space for several vans. Spectacular views of the loch. Beware of the large rock in road (spray painted yellow).
Rastplatz gleich neben der Hauptstraße, durch ein paar Büsche getrennt. Platz für mehrere Transporter. Spektakuläre Aussicht auf den See. Vorsicht vor dem großen Felsen auf der Straße (gelb lackiert).

Flambidou20/08/2023Très sympa et beaucoup d'endroit plat malgré les nids de poules nombreux. Par contre c'est infesté de midges, nous étions en van elles se sont précipitées pour nous

Emplacements en longueur le long de la route (un peu de passage la nuit par contre). Vue sympa mais pas non plus extraordinaire. Terrain plat, beaucoup d’espace pour chaque véhicule. Arbres à proximité. Sympa !

This was a good find and was a great alternative to the busier places either side that were full. Great views with the sun coming into the camper over the hills when we woke up. We got there at 7pm and the road fairly quiet. Just us and one other camper. Got busier with cars at about 7am but didn’t bother us too much.

Emplacement superbe avec une vue magnifique sur le Loch, à côté de la route mais celle-ci est calme à partir de 21h jusqu'à 6h-6h30. 3 emplacements plats. Nous avons passés une très bonne nuit!

An exemplary view and already relatively quiet road 6:45pm. low stars due to the amount of soiled tissue & rubbish I picked up upon arrival. Unsure if camper waste or locals, either way, TAKE YOUR RUBBISH HOME!

Nice spot with views on a lake and mountains. several niches with flat parking space (solid ground, few other spots we went to see were too muddy at this time of the year). Traffic noise died after 9pm and only picked up at 8am. 4G signal. one other camper in october. Recommend it!

Excellent place for a stop over or more. Loch was way down so it is a little way to the water. Midges out in force by camper late evening.
ArkNottingham24/08/2021Private lay bays with space for 5/6 campers - there is gravel drive going closer to the lake with spacious beach and stunning view. Gravel road only for experienced users, DO NOT turn right into beach as you will stuck in thick, butter like mud just below the surface sand. Last safe area to park is where gravel is, no even inch feder - you have been warned ! Wild and beautiful spot.

Nice layby a bit more covered from the road with some trees and bushes (there were many other lay-bys on that road but felt more exposed). Nice views in the morning and a short walk to the lake. We had no signal at all. Slept there with another motorhome and a couple of vans.
