Schöner Ort für eine Pause. Als wir Vorort waren war aber sehr viel los.
Parking relativement petit juste à côté du pont de Låtefoss. Le parking est très fréquenté pendant la journée. Si vous voulez rester ici, vous devriez arriver en retard afin d'être assez juste pour donner aux petits visiteurs la possibilité de se garer. Sinon, il ne faudra probablement pas longtemps avant que «pas de stationnement de nuit» soit également appelé ici. La cascade est vraiment TRÈS bruyante mais aussi très impressionnante.
Relatively small parking lot right by the bridge at Låtefoss. The car park is very busy during the day. If you want to stay here, you should come late in order to be fair enough to give short visitors the opportunity to park. Otherwise it will probably not be long before "no overnight parking" is also called here. The waterfall is really VERY loud but also very impressive.
Relativ kleiner Parkplatz direkt an der Brücke am Låtefoss. Der Parkplatz ist tagsüber stark frequentiert. Wer hier übernachten will, sollte daher erst spät kommen um auch Kurzbesuchern fairerweise die Möglichkeit zum Parken zu geben. Ansonsten wird es wohl nicht mehr lange dauern, bis es auch hier "no overnight parking" heißt.
Der Wasserfall ist wirklich SEHR laut aber auch sehr beeindruckend.
Piccolo parcheggio gratuito a bordo strada, fatto per poter visitare le famose cascate lì presenti. Zona molto affollata. Presenti anche un piccolo negozietti, bagni e bidoni.

MaxPaulina23/10/2023Sehr sehr schöner Wasserfall und für einen kleinen Zwischenstopp echt perfekt. Dort campen würden wir nur in der Not, weil es wegen der Straße schon laut ist, was ja klar ist. Toilette ist auch vorhanden, vor unserer Ankunft war eine ganze Busreise unterwegs, weswegen die Toilette glaub ich etwas schmutziger als sonst war.

Piccolo parcheggio a bordo strada, molto affollato da turisti per visitare le cascate. Fortunatamente è gratuito. Le cascate sono carine, ma mi aspettavo molto di più.
HenrikMertens14/08/2023Hauen und Stechen um die wenigen Parkplätze. Haben einen erwischt, kurz geguckt und sind weitergefahren. Für eine Übernachtung definitiv ungeeignet.

Kaum Platz, auf der sehr schmalen Straße drängen sich dann auch noch Sattelzüge, Wohnmobile, Wohnwagen, so das die Anfahrt an sich schon anstrengend ist. Der Parkplatz ist winzig und sowieso völlig überfüllt, Platz für ca. 10 PKW/ Vans. Mit 8.30 Meter absoluter Stress. Haben nur Fotos im vorbeifahren gemacht. Gibt keine nah liegenden Möglichkeiten zu wenden(!)

Really nice place, there’s waterfalls everywhere in Norway so I don’t see how the noise could bother anyone. We did have someone come up to try and wake people by revving his motorbike but the noise is drowned out by the waterfall anyways :)
Kaisentlaia17/06/2023Troppa gente tutta ammassata e impossibile trovare un posto nel parcheggio, che è davvero minuscolo. Le cascate sembrano molto belle ma le abbiamo viste solo passando con il camper.

Arrivé à 22h 1 seul camping car le bonheur !!! Pas l afflue de touriste , pas beaucoup de circulation le top . On a dormis là car le bruit ne nous dérange pas mais il faut avouer que ça fait du bruit la cascade

Wir haben uns nur den Wasserfall angeschaut und sind gleich weiter gefahren. MASSEN an Touristen!

juste devant la cascade, magnifique mais le bruit de l'eau est assez prononcé, bien que cela ne nous a pas empêché de regarder un film a la télévision. il y a 3 camping car cette nuit. aucun problème de stationnement, si vous arrivez et que le parking est complet, vous attendrez au maximum 10 minutes, car les visiteurs ne restent ici que le temps de quelques photos.

What a sight! 5 stars for this parking - even being on the road it is amazing. Busy during the day, but the parking emptied out at night - it was just a big commercial truck and us. Road is quiet at night as well, traffic starts around 7 am. There is a very nice trail up to the view point that starts from half way between two waterfalls on the road.

We came here during September and found a spot. Only three other vehicles parked here that night. The toilet is okay, cleaned daily. We came in the evening, no more toilet paper but it was filled again 6 in the morning that day. The road is busy but it was nice to sleep to the sound of the waterfall.

Mit ist schleierhaft was alle an diesem Großen finden. Klar ist er nett aber es gibt reichlich alternativen die nicht so kommerziell aufgebauscht sind und einsamer und besser erreichbar sind. Die ganze Region rund um Odda meidet man mittlerweile in der Saison.
Donker16/07/2022Leider viel zu klein und überfüllt, so dass wir leider am Wasserfall vorbei fahren mussten. Es gibt auch fast gar keine alternativen Parkmöglichkeiten rund um Odder bei gleichzeitig sehr hoher Besucherzahl. Ich würde die Gegend künftig meiden.

Parplatz direkt am Wasserfall! Leider ständig restlos überlastet und es ist ein Glücksspiel einen Parkplatz zu ergattern

La stupenda cascata si trova a fianco della strada , quando vedete il vapore acqueo preparatevi a parcheggiare nell’area di fronte al chiosco . Parcheggio molto trafficato di giorno , possibile la sosta notturna . La cascata è perfettamente illuminata nelle ore pomeridiane .

Wir standen hier nur zum Besichtigen des Wasserfalls. Es war super voll und super laut. Würde hier niemals übernachten! Trotzdem ein schöner Parkplatz, neben Kiosk und Wasserfall

Great waterfall and picnic spot, would not recommend for the night as the waterfall is quite loud! Lots of people stop by, like us. Even at 8pm in the evening we were one of several groups visiting the waterfall.

Sehr laut wegen des Wasserfalls. Leider kann man diesen auch recht unentspannt ansehen, da die Straße zwischen Parkplatz und Wasserfällen viel befahren war.

Zum rasten ok…Übernachten würde ich dort nicht…die Lautstärke ist nicht gerade wenig…und der Parkplatz ist zu klein…es wär unfair dort zu schlafen

Really cool waking up to one of Norway's famous sites! Having a clean bathroom is great. The waterfall is super loud and cars do pass even in the night, plus of course other people came and went. It didn't bother us in April since it's not the main season & thus less frequented.

Schöner Parkplatz, für eine Nacht in Ordnung, weil die Straße sehr befahren ist und auch der Wasserfall sehr laut ist. Toiletten mit fließendem Wasser vorhanden.

El parking es muy pequeño y compartido con coches, pero es ideal para visitar la cascada. Suele haber bastante movimiento de vehículos, por lo que con algo de suerte y paciencia saldrá algún vehículo para poder aparcar nosotros
