We stopped here at about 23:30. Had a lovely peaceful night and left early in the morning. Did have a short walk in the woods, which was quite nice. There are two small bins if you walk about 50 yards up the path.
Il s'agit d'un parking Woodland Trust de taille moyenne très attrayant avec des promenades sur les collines adjacentes. Le parking est légèrement en pente mais il n'est pas difficile de se mettre à niveau. Il n'y a aucune restriction au stationnement et il y a de belles vues depuis le parking lui-même. Il y a un très bon signal 4G ici. Nous avons passé une nuit très calme sans conduire tard dans la nuit ni en voiture ni bruit à part la voiture occasionnelle qui passe. Cet endroit, je le recommande vivement.
This is a very attractive medium sized Woodland Trust car park with adjacent hill walks. The car park is slightly sloping but it isn't difficult to get quite level. There are no restrictions to parking at all and there are lovely views from the car park itself. There is a very good 4G signal here. We had a very quiet night with no late night driving in and out or any noise apart from the odd occasional car going by. This location I would recommend highly.
Dies ist ein sehr attraktiver mittelgroßer Woodland Trust-Parkplatz mit angrenzenden Bergwanderungen. Der Parkplatz ist leicht abfallend, aber es ist nicht schwierig, ziemlich eben zu werden. Es gibt überhaupt keine Einschränkungen für das Parken und es gibt eine schöne Aussicht vom Parkplatz selbst. Hier gibt es ein sehr gutes 4G-Signal. Wir hatten eine sehr ruhige Nacht ohne spätes Ein- und Ausfahren oder Lärm, abgesehen von dem gelegentlichen vorbeifahrenden Auto. Diesen Ort würde ich sehr empfehlen.

Lovely spot with walks through the woods up to a hill fort, BUT 3 cars arrived after 1am, headlights on, engines revving, lots of shouting. Quite intimidating. We stayed, and they left after chucking their plastic bottle at our van.

Caution here.Police called in at 2130 to check over-not a good sign.Two car loads of lads arrived at 2215 and with much noise went off into the woods.Decided to move on before they returned.
ElsieTay30/07/2020Nice quiet spot for a stopover eventually. Lots of activity up to about 10:45, then empty apart from us. Great hillside walks. Bit on a slope but ok. No services not even a bin. 4g ok.
