Great location and view as this layby is on the ridge. Spectacular sunset viewing and you can also see Corfe Castle. As mentioned there is an incline here but putting both side wheels onto the inner curb helped. It is a local bus route so you will ket rocked occasionally. Also it's exposed to the winds but we like that.
As noted by others quite a few lorries for a "quiet" B road, but it served the purpose for a night's sleep where other options were limited.
Surprisingly noisy for such a rural road, there are many stone quarries in the vicinity so HGVs during the day. cycling distance of the coastal towns. The approach road threatens 16% gradient, don't be put off, my old jallopy made it!
