We parked near the bidge. But a crazy man woke us up at 2:30 am yelling on us. Drunk and mad cause « 24/7 parkings bring campers ». We were as discreet as possible, tidy and clean. He touched the van, put a dirty plastic bag around our antenna. Probably called city council as they woke us up at 6am and asked us to leave.No fine
Guter Platz zum schlafen, erste Nacht lief ohne Probleme. Am zweiten Abend wurden wir dann von einem zwielichtigen Mann über 3 Stunden lang beobachtet bis er letztlich an unserem Camper stand und geklopft hat. Daraufhin haben wir die Flucht ergriffen. Also eher Vorsicht

Great parking spot. If you need a toilet when the library is closed, you can also go to the public toilets at the port of Melbourne, which is a bit further, 1,5km from Station Street.
Perfect and cozy street with dog park and trees. Slept here for two nights in my camper van. Right by the station for easy transport into the city center. Public library with toilet 500m away.
Wir haben da 3 Nächte mit zwei Vans geparkt und geschlafen. War kein Problem. ruhig, öffentliche Toilette 3-4 min zu Fuß und Bahnstation, die direkt in die Stadt fährt
have a nice grass patch shaded with trees. your better off coming in to the street from the south as the free parking is on the western side of the street
