stopped here for a couple of hours during the day to explore, vast area to go walking, large parking area at a reasonable cost, only pay by card option available when i visited and number plate recognition on entry

amazing place to stay, paid for parking with no issues. arrived in during a slightly cold mid April, and had the place to ourselves. toilets aren't the best, but the stunning location makes up for it. amazing acces to the Ogmore River, and/or the dunes and/or the beaches. A truly ouztstanding area of natural beauty. I think the access road is suitable for most sized vans

Excellent site , peaceful night, ANPR card pay system, I paid £6 for 24 hours parking (minibus price for our 7m moho) and had a great time exploring the dunes and on the beach , surfing or body boarding possible. Lovely drive through the village too, very scenic.

Lovely little spot.. We arrived around 9.30pm we paid £6 for 24hours parking. Quiet spot at night then gets busy in the morning. Would use again if in the area.

A great spot with clean public toilets that seems to be open 24hr. Car park is monitored with ANPR camera and signage says that all day ticket expires at 23.59. So we paid again for another all day ticket at 12am. It doesn’t say anything about overnight parking, so assuming it is ok.

Cracking little spot.. £5 for 24hrs great beach near by. Looks like other vans stay the night. No signs saying you can’t but your able to buy a 24hr ticket. Deffo be back again

The place is perfect for stay overnight or during the day. At least 80 parking spaces and lots of routes for a walk by the dunes and by the sea. Very quiet in the night but very busy in weekends in day time. Clean toilets and pay and display very cheap £3 all day. Fantastic place and fantastic weekend!

I had no issues getting to this place in my vw transport and it is a lovely spot with plenty of tracks to explore. I've rated it 1 star because it has pay and display boards all over, toilets and a gate :-/ which means at some stage someone will come and close it and patrol the carpark, therefore I didn't even chance to stay the night.

I don’t know if post code is wrong. But I only have a standard with Renault master. I wouldn’t want to drive anything bigger down the lanes as I didn’t have a lot of room to get in. Went in the middle of storm Denis and while the car park wasn’t flooded. It had water running across. The roads in and out (different route) were very water logged and if you try to get to Porthcawl on sat nav you’ll definitely get stuck if you have standard motorhome width.
