Aparcament correcte amb lavabos públics. Perfecte per visitar Winchester. Hem dormit una nit. Preu 7,3£. Salut I kilòmetres!

Toiletten schließen leider nachts und der Platz liegt direkt an einer lauten Straße. Zum Halten auf der Durchreise über Nacht okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Großer Vorteil: von 20-8 Uhr kostenlos.

Ein schöner,sauberer Stellplatz. Auch für große Wohnmobile geeignet. Die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Samstags ab 18 Uhr bis Montag um 8 Uhr gebührenfrei. Wir haben hier eine sehr ruhige Nacht verbracht. Ein Teil der Plätze sind leider etwas abschüssig, aber mit Auffahrkeilen kein Problem.

ça a l'air très bien mais nous n'y sommes pas restés car plus de place dans l'espace cc. attention à ne pas vous mettre sur les places des bus même si il y a de la place, c'est tentant, mais nous avons vu un van avec la roue immobilisée

Stayed over night before ferry to IOW on Monday and was free parking. Close to centre and just a short walk to the parks. Good place and no caravans allowed!! day rate is £7.50. on a slight slope but use your ramps to level off.

Great place to stay. We arrived on the Tuesday evening about 7pm, paid for 24 hour stay on Wednesday morning £7.30. We had lots of time to leisurely explore Winchester. Great park 4 night spot. Toilets are available up to 6.30 pm but were not clean....

Well placed for the town, quite a few coaches here, only to be expected in the day. Had problem with the 'ringo app' our motorhome is 7.85 m already registered on the app but it wouldn't accept our vehicle for the car park or coach park code numbers, luckily we always have lots of change in our 'car park pot' so had to pay cash.

Local Taxi firm used a couple of bays to have a late night chat till 22'45, bit inconsiderate. Royal Oak Inn for a ye-olde-pint and Gurkha Inn for traditional Napalies meal. Military Museums (Gurkha) are a must.

Great stopover to enjoy Winchester and easy to access. Quite noisy road (quiet at night). The dedicated motorhome parking is a rarity in England! Toilets closed when we got here at 18.30 but opened at 08.00. Free overnight, first hour free from 08.00 then hourly rate. Highly recommended.

good stopover, safe & fairly central. park spaces are on a bit of a slope so ramps may be needed, there are public toilets but they close at 6.30pm & were still closed at 8am.Takeaways & supermarket 5 mins & plenty of bars.

Very good, only App does not work properly with a german mobile phone number / Credit Card, so you might need Cash, 7,30 in April 2023.

Stayed last night 18/4, arrived 15.15 and there was only a couple of coaches in so pretty much had the pick of the bays. Most at the bottom are quite slopey, the ones on the left hand side when you come in are a bit flatter, we parked next to the toilets and did not need too use levels. Payment at the machine and it only takes cash £7.30. Short walk into the centre for bars, restaurants and shops.

Stayed here last, it’s a great spot, loads of room no one botherd us we just payed at parking meter, will definitely return to this place one of the best we been to

Space for a dozen Motorhomes . Public toilets a bit dirty so we used our toilet instead . Free parking Sunday and nothing to pay 8-6 so £7.30 Friday night through till Monday morning - bargain price and great location to explore Winchester

A little bit noisy but within walking distance to the centre. Toilets locked at night. Quite busy we got last space.

Brilliant to be able to stay so cheaply. Perfect for a city stay. 10 min away for a great dog walk along the river/stream, with a lovely dog friendly pub on your return The King Alfred, Saxon Road

Parked near toilets, level enough not to need ramps. Footpath behind a little noisy at times but would still recommend. The Hyde St Tavern is only a 3 min walk & it's a real gem!

Private carpark Winchester Hotel and Spa. Easy to access convenient and reasonable (7.30 pounds 24 hours). Short walk to town. Quiet night. A few other vans staying.

great place to stop, arrived late evening but still room, you will need to place your van on blocks. Definitely will stay again and make use of the city and it's amenities

Sehr nah an der Innenstadt von Winchester. Ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Kathedrale durch die Einkaufszeile. £ 7,30 pro Tag. Gebühr von 8-18 Uhr. Sonntags frei. Parkflächen etwas abschüssig. Wohnmobile dürfen auf Coaches-Platz parken. Vielzahl von Restaurants und Pubs in der Nähe.

A great place to park your campervan for the night. as we arrived late (12 am) we were lucky enough to not pay for parking for the night if we were out by 8am so we managed to stay for free. very quiet and peaceful sleep. Definitely would recommend.

Easy to find parking, bays big enough for coaches so no problem. £7.30 for parking but this does cover 24hrs. Easy walk into the town where there are plenty of shops and eateries. Quiet night no problems. Would use again.

We stayed here just before Christmas. Quiet at night and easy walk into town! Paid for overnight but had to pay on the meter as the app said we were not a camper when putting our reg in. Need coins so bring £1 coins!!! Went to Stables for pizza and it was the best pizza we have had in a long time!

Very useful area close to the city. The bays are very large to accommodate coaches, and one driver advised me that I could get blocked in, if a lot of them come at once and they "had" to share mine. Only problem I had was with Ringo the payment app, which said I was a not a motorhome I had to change this in the "my vehicle" part of my account. Good night rest, very quiet, highly recommended.

Excellent park up for the weekend. We arrived at 10am on a Saturday and paid £7.30 for a ticket. As it is free on a Sunday our ticket expired 48 hrs later on the following Monday. The bays are slightly sloping but by bumping our nearside wheel up the kerb it was perfectly level. Lots of activity during the day but we were not disturbed at night and slept well. Highly recommended.

Excellent spot and easy to get to and park and we have a 7.5m Motorhome . We found a great pub with amazing service “The King Alfred”

Stopped here for 1 night. The app wouldn’t accept our vehicle reg so we paid cash at the machine - £7.30 for 24 hours. Easy 10 min walk into the beautiful centre. Toilets functional and clean. We had a peaceful night here with no issues.

We had a lovely night here, very close to the town centre. The female toilets were closed when we first arrived at but was opened up at 8am the next day. The mens was open but closed overnight. We only paid £3 for 4 hours parking however due to it being free overnight this covered parking from 3pm to 9am. Taxi men come and go but didn't wake us during the night.

Superb spot, it’s around £7 all day I arrived at 10am and left 10am the next day. It’s about a 15 min walk in to Winchester, toilet are very clean . Couldn’t find water though

Dedicated Motorhome bays in large car park close to town centre. most not level so you will need your blocks. agree with earlier comment, well done Winchester.

There are two separate car parks, side by side. Prices in photo are accurate, plenty of available bays. Petrol station and Tesco Express across the road. Large group of travellers in caravans when we arrived today, they moved on somewhere this evening. Car park with the large bays has quite a slope to it and taxi drivers will watch you like TV. Ok enough place to stop for one night.

Good safe place for the night. only complaint, the toilets weren't open at all. we went to the Albion pub in the evening and it was a small quaint pub. in the morning the hotel and spa were happy to let us use the toilets. the parking is near grass which is good for the dog.

Stayed here for 1 night in mini camper, was free between 6pm and 8am, toilets where opened at 7:30am few taxi drivers pulled in at night other than that it was quite.

Taxi drivers come and go all night, using the public toilets, great pub, the Albion a short walk, real ales, German lagers, good cider.

Overnight stay in car before collecting new boat from Southampton at beginning of March. All quiet and legally free. Posted photograph of pay and display charges. Highly recommended with only short walk to shops.

Wir blieben eine Nacht, Stadtzentrum in 5 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ab Samstag Abend 18:00 ist der Platz bis Montag um 08:00 kostenlos. Toiletten sind die ganze Nacht offen.

Arrived this morning. Paid £7 for 24hrs. Taxi/minibuses in and out all day so plenty of eyes around. Walked into town easily in 15 mins. Loos available, a bit grotty but there if you need them. Hotel has better ones just behind the bar on your right as you enter. Were going to use chocs as in a slope but after coaches moved changed bays and now almost level. Great stop off spot.

Very close to town centre and railway station and a garage/tesco ,quiet and safe ,be careful on saturday nights in summer as there is a large car boot sale ,that starts setting up very early on sunday morning and they will make you move if you are in that area . (white building car park)

Good park up near to town. The entrance to the car park with large coach/ caravan bays is actually in front of the Winchester hotel (the pictures on here showing the white building are of the carpark next door, which is also free after 6pm but doesn't have large bays). The public toilets were clean and open all night. Recommend Gurkha Inn for fab Indian/ Nepali food.

Parfait pour profiter de cette magnifique ville un dimanche mais attention, garez-vous sur le 1er parking seulement le samedi soir car dimanche matin celui du haut abrite un marché au véhicule d'occasion.

Realmente 7£ por 24h y muy central. Solo a 10 min a pie del centro. Baños públicos pero no pudimos coger agua. Cerca hay sin embargo una gasolinera donde se puede coger agua gratis.

As described, very central, reserved spaces for camper vans and caravans. Quiet at night. Calme la nuit et en plein centre ville, tout est accessible à pied. Toilettes et point d’eau sur le parking.

Für eine Nacht und Stadbesuch ok. ab 23Uhr relativ ruhig. Morgens ab 7 Uhr alle Parkplätze belegt und viel Verkehr. Frei Parken von 18-8Uhr dann 0,70£/h oder 7£ Tageskarte. WC und Wasserhahn nicht gefunden. Fussweg zur Kathedrale ca15 Minuten.

Useful parking for visiting the city or a stop off en route to ferries. Used by local taxis. Free after 6pm tho its not clear what the charge is for a motorhome as it gives only the option of a car or coach. Can pay by card icon. Places are sloping so not sure how comfortable it would be for overnighting

Je confirme c'est le parking de la photo, l'autre est quasi inaccessible en camping-car. Ici, il y a des places (une dizaine) pour les bus, et camping-car. Ces places sont d'ailleurs autorisées que pour "camper van" comme l'indiquent les panneaux. J'ai eu la confirmation pour un policier municipal qui mettait les PV sur l'autre parking d'à côté. La partie la plus plane est en haut près des WC public. Bon ce n'est pas très lové, mais c'est à 5 minutes à pied de l'highe street. Gratuit de 18h à 8h du matin. Pas trouvé le robinet d'eau.

Lo mejor que tenga servicios, pero nada tranquilo. Fue noche de viernes. Junto a un pequeño hotel, los taxis paran allí y pasan constantemente. Los autobuses encienden el motor a las 6 AM y lo dejan así horas

Le parking est très bien situé pour visiter la ville. il est effectivement un peu bruyant en début de soirée car il y a un restaurant à côté mais nous avons très bien dormi !

4 emplacements en pente contre les toilettes, extrêmement bruyant, ce lieu servant aux taxis de la ville et ambulances pour se retrouver en période creuse et au milieu de la nuit, allées venues permanentes, discussions bruyantes moteurs tournants, il y a aussi quelques places le long de la rue très passante y compris la nuit. nous n'avons pas vu de robinet à part ceux à l'intérieur des toilettes.

Soyez conscient qu'il y a deux parkings ! si vous allez dans celui à côté de la route principale avec le centre de recyclage dans le coin, c'est le mauvais. Au lieu revenez en arrière sur environ 50 pieds (~18 m) et vous trouverez l'entrée du bon parking. L'aire de stationnement est sur une pente de la partie la plus plate est au sommet à côté des toilettes, très calme pendant la nuit. // Be aware there are two car parks ! if you go in the one next to the main road with the recycling centre in the corner it is the wrong one. Instead carry on past that one about 50 feet and you will find the entrance to the correct one. The parking area is on a slope the flattest part is at the top next to the toilet if you can get in next to the public service vans. Very quiet over night.
