no entrance now, building new buildings
Une belle place de parking au bord du lac Velence, le long de la route de gravier, à côté de la piste d'aviron. Nous avons passé une nuit très reposante, personne ne nous a dérangé, seuls quelques pêcheurs sont arrivés tôt le matin.
A nice parking spot on the shore of Lake Velence, along the gravel road, next to the rowing track. We had a very restful night, no one disturbed us, only some fishermen came early in the morning.
Ein schöner Parkplatz am Ufer des Velence-Sees, entlang der Schotterstraße, neben dem Ruderweg. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Nacht, niemand hat uns gestört, nur einige Fischer kamen am frühen Morgen.

There is a construction site near this spot now. You can still spend the night but there are no services and no shade. There is a pull over to the left once you turn of the main road that has some shade
koppirnyo09/09/2020Good for staying a night in transit, but you get pretty much the ugliest possible view of the lake and the traffic of the highway is pretty audible. Safe and calm otherwise, I recommend it as a plan B.

Kellemes hely a Velencei tó partján 1 vagy 2 éjszakára. sokan horgásznak itt nyáron éjszaka és hajnalban.

Lovely location but beware of the sat nav directions. Don’t turn down the road with the VVSI sign, there is a locked gate. As you come out of Velence take the first left by the place name sign. Looks like could be very busy in summer as this is a venue for national and international rowing regattas. Very nice for a night or two but little access to walk round the lake.
