Sarajevo, Apelova cesta

Haben das Durchfahrt verboten Schild beachtet und direkt davor auf dem großen Parkplatz übernachtet. Bis auf das Gebell von frei laufenden Hunden eine sehr ruhige Nacht. Morgens dann die 10min. zur Bobbahn gewandert und diese besichtigt.

To miejsce wyżej gdzie opisane jest że jest trawa znajduję się przy opuszczonym obserwatorium astrnomicznym, koniec końców nie nocowaliśmy tam , bo się baliśmy. Zdecydowaliśmy się spać w jakiejś leśnej dróżce niedaleko ;/

It is very cool place but when you are going from the top, from the parking lot above, there is a no entry sign. But we asked locals and they said "zero police here, don't worry" :-):-):-)

Great place, quiet, amazing atmosphere but: officially behind a do not pass sign. We decided to ignore it, but that should be at everyone's own risk. We saw other cars ignoring the sign as well. Also not suitable for large cars, 6m van was good but it would be my limit. Spot is not very easy to find as the GPS spot leads below the Bob track, but the Gras spot is actually above.

Super Stellplatz.

Great place, I wouldn't recommend it for large moterhomes, the slope down to get there is also quite steep. Quiet during the night, there was a family there having a picnic when we arrived but left when it went dark. Direct access to the Bob Sleigh track. No facilities, no phone service/reception.

The highlight overnight stop of our trip to Bosnia so far! Right on the incredible abandoned Olympic bobsled track, this large and flat clearing is quiet, picturesque and interesting. When we first arrived (on a Sunday) there were 10+ people in the immediate area, but everyone left before sun down (around 6:30pm) and other than two passing cars in the early evening, we were entirely alone. There are a number of established fire pits and ample fire wood in the surrounding forrests. There are no amenities (including public waste bins) but further up the hill, there is a viewing point with bins and a fountain to fill drink bottles with (which was not working during our stay). Would recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Sarajevo.

Stayed 1 night - absolutely brilliant! The entry is quite generous in size and the surface is paved right until you reach the grass. The grass is mostly level, with plenty of room for 4 campervans. We easily found firewood and rocks to create a pit. From here you can walk the entire bobsled track and reach a viewing point of Sarajevo. Would absolutely recommend staying here
