Faites preuve de bon sens, marchez d'abord sur l'herbe et ne conduisez pas dessus si elle est trop molle !
Nettoyez après vous et ne laissez aucune trace sinon il sera fermé au public !
No amenities, signposted spot for considerate campers. Enough space for 2 or 3 cars. B-Road with cattle grid next to the spot, but quiet enough to not bother. Nice running water from the river. Peaceful! No mobile signal!
Use common sense, walk the grass first and don't drive onto it if too soft!
Clear up after yourself and leave no trace otherwise it will be closed to public!
Keine Annehmlichkeiten, ausgeschilderter Platz für rücksichtsvolle Camper. Genug Platz für 2 oder 3 Autos. Nebenstraße mit Viehgitter neben dem Platz, aber ruhig genug, um nicht zu stören. Schönes fließendes Wasser vom Fluss. Friedlich! Kein Mobilfunkempfang!
Gehen Sie mit gesundem Menschenverstand zuerst über das Gras und fahren Sie nicht darauf, wenn es zu weich ist!
Räumen Sie auf und hinterlassen Sie keine Spuren, sonst wird es für die Öffentlichkeit gesperrt!

Thought it was a fantastic spot. Parked here not long after the previous poster must have stayed (24/2). Sad the utter carnage they'd left to the grass! I walked the ground before driving it (as any sensible person should!), great night, departed slowly without carving up the ground, I then walked back over the ground to flatten out any lumps I could see. Sad to note human waste there.
Don’t attempt at this time of year, I got stuck (pictures added). Ground was really soft as soon as you come off the tarmac bit. Had to walk over a mile to the nearest farm to ask for help. Currently a sign up saying it’s being monitored as a camping spot and may be blocked from use.
Amazing quiet place out the way, cattle grid wasn’t a bother barley heard it over the sound of the river, and no bugs☺️ no service what so ever but not something you worry about when you’re wanting a peaceful night away.
Parfait ! Calme ! Des moutons pour voisins. Le camping est autorisé donc aucun soucis. Le lieu est magnifique au petit matin. Seul défaut pour certains, le sol est très humide et un peu marécageux.
Parked up here with my Tentbox. Only us the whole night. Good amount of space, could easily get 3 cars with space in there if you were with a group. Or 2 vans. Lovely little spot, quiet b-road next to it with a cattle grid but not noisy atall. Running water noise but that's it. Peaceful!
We spent a very enjoyable night here! There were a few cars every now and then going over the cattle grid, but nothing that would cause annoyance. Unfortunately, it was very muddy due to cars go on and off however that’s to be expected for this time of year (Feb). We are very much hoping to return in the summer. There are no toilet or bins, which unfortunately other people did leave their rubbish which we have no cleared.
lovely little spot, too many scorched areas from fires which has spoilt it, we were there and another campervan decided to pull up next to us, enough room to have enough room and privacy each, would love to be able to have a night in the 'hot' summer weather and go for a dip,sat at dusk watching the bats fleeing about and the resident water rat scurring around the river bank . lovely.
Sadly this little site is now badly churned by tyre marks and is also marked by multiple fire burns. It is also worth noting that it's right next to a cattle grid on a road regularly used by locals and logging lorries. There is also no mobile signal.
Amazing little spot. Quiet and even had a wee swim/dip... Only marred by the fact that someone had decided to number 2 near the water. I despair of people sometimes!
Lovely spot! Authorised camping place, although the sign does say that it's being monitored and will be taken away if abused. There were a few spots of scorched grass from fires and some litter, which we collected up and took with us. Please respect this place as it's one we should all want to hold onto! Absolutely gorgeous!

Some passing traffic throughout the night but enough for us to still call this place quiet. There were some hunters packing up as we arrived which wasn't great and made us a little nervous about allowing or cat outside as their dogs were still loose. But we had a quiet night and a silent morning. Great for a night, not sure about longer, fuel station in Kielder a few miles away
