(42400) - Unnamed Road

Wij stonden niet op deze gos coördinaten. In mijn beleving is de weg afgesloten waardoor je hier niet meer kunt komen. Wij stonden twee nachten op de grote parkeerplaats. (lichte kleur grind) We hadden twee dagen veel wind. In een kleine twee uur wandel je om de krater, erg mooi. Onweer klinkt hier heel bijzonder! Absoluut mooie plek!

Lugar increíble, digno de un paisaje de Islandia! Pasamos 2 noches muy tranquilas, algunos lugareños vienen y van durante el día. Lamentablemente los lugares al borde del cráter están muy sucios, es una vergüenza. Nos quedamos en el parking principal ya que es la zona más limpia. Las mejores vistas están subiendo a pie a lo alto del cráter por un sendero a la izquierda que es menos empinado.

Stayed here for 2 nights, it was beautiful and very nice to be able to stay so close to this spectaculair natural wonder!! Would recommend driving a little on the road om the left of the crater, there are some spots there and they have a great view.

Extrem cooler Ort. Wer Internet braucht sollte um den Krater herum fahren, da kommen dann Spots wo man sich hinstellen kann mit guter Verbindung. Wir waren auf dem Vulkan drauf. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Nous avons passé une nuit ici, hyper calme. Ça fait du bien après 2 nuits à Konya! Nous avons pu faire le tour du volcan avec notre camping car. La vue et l’endroit sont sublime, malgré les très nombreux déchets. Attention que le vent y est très fort. Notre bâche de vélos s’est déchirée pendant la nuit! Il n’y a pas de réseau 4g non plus.

Good spot to begin a walk around the crater. incredible amount of rubbish on the ground, be vareful of glass. but the area itself is beautiful. car park pretty windy at night but felt safe and quiet. no strays. overall good for a night or two. Stayed for one night in the car park just right of this spot, although possible to stay around whole crater. Flat and quiet for the night with a good view of Lake Meke. The lake was completely dry on our stay but interesting spot and can hike around the whole crater. Litter on parts of the walk around the crater was some of the worst we’ve seen.

Bon endroit au calme. Les gens viennent souvent boire autour du "lac" qui n'en est plus depuis des années. énormément de déchets et de mouches c'est dommage

Mooie uitzicht en niet druk. Stonden met nog een camper. Echt een mooie plaats om te staan. Rondom rijden is op sommige plaatsen niet aangeraden of met een goede 4x4 of rond wandelen kan ook , is rond 6 km , echt één aanrader.

super vue !!! endroit super calme. pas beaucoup de passage en novembre.

Heerlijke plek om te overnachten… we hebben 2 zwerfhonden water en ons oude brood en kaas gegeven. Tijdens de wandeling om de krater (6km) zijn ze meegewandeld. Uiteraard hebben we ze weer water gegeven bij thuiskomst….Er staan prullenbakken, verder geen voorzieningen.

Del lago è rimasto solo il sale, ma il panorama e il tramonto rimangono spettacolari. Notte assolutamente tranquilla e silenziosa. Solo una doppietta è arrivata ad amoreggiare verso sera, ma senza alcun disturbo.

Beautiful place. Don’t forgot to give the dog something to drink. He didn’t want to eat anything tho ..

Es gibt genügend Spots rund um den Krater. Der Weg ist gut befahrbar und bei Trockenheit für jedes Fahrzeug machbar. Wunderbare Plätze - wie immer jedoch: viel Müll. Ende September auch unendliche Fliegen, die zudem (trotz Wind) sehr bissig sind.

Un des plus beaux spots sauvages qu'on ait fait cette année... Très visité. On peut prendre la piste de gauche, sur la crête et rejoindre d'autres spots plus isolés et calme.

Spot sympa, simple d'accès pour tout véhicules et pratique avec une vue direct sur le volcan. Nous ne sommes pas descendu,nous sommes restés sur le parking en haut. Il y a des poubelles a disposition. Il y a un chien très gentil sur place.

Even though the lake is empty the place is so beautiful and peaceful. The dog that lives there is so sweet. She’s gonna need more food and water soon. She followed us up the crater as well. I saw a parking spot on the crater to the south as well, but didn’t make it over to check it out. Could be cool.

Also ein ruhiger Ort ja, aber der See jetzt schon leer. Der auf der anderen Seite hat noch Wasser… Aber das Restaurant auf der anderen Seite ist wirklich lecker und preislich mehr als fair!

Nous avons passé une nuit ici, elle était calme, et la vue sur le volcan est incroyable. Cependant, nous avons eu beaucoup de vent et avons du fuir l'endroit au petit matin.

Was für ein unfassbarer Ort! Wir waren drei Nächte hier und nur ein oder zwei Autos getroffen. Hier sind zwei drei wilde Hunde die Streicheleinheiten und Futter lieben! Es sind einige Vulkane in der Nähe und man kann sogar um Krater fahren und schlafen! Es geht kaum besser um ehrlich zu sein! Ich habe euch ein Bild hochgeladen. Bitte Müll wieder mitnehmen es gibt keinen Müll oder Wasser!

Extraordinaire et cauchemardesque. Le lac était asséché en novembre, mais ça permet de traverser et de gravir le volcan. Couché et levé de soleil extraordinaire. -10 degrés à la mi-novembre. Points négatifs : il semblerait qu’il soit strictement interdit d’y dormir, même si aucun panneau ne le signale. On est resté sur la plate-forme à l’entrée, réveillée à 2h du matin par la police (agressive) qui nous a ordonné de partir immédiatement. Après ils ont continué leur ronde avec projecteur tout autour des volcans.

Accès facile cependant le lac est asséché beaucoup de vent Nous ne sommes pas resté pour dormir

Do not recommend going in the period from June to September. Because the water of the lake evaporates. More suitable as March-October.

Zone d’accès près des lacs fermés. Il y a des chemins sur les côtes avec des zones accessibles aux vans.

Nice place. We parked down next to crater. Many locals came, took a selfie and leave. Jandarma came and ask if we are okay, they said it's safe place. We had a very quiet night.

We parked at the other side because there was less trash and cars. It’s possible to park your van everywhere around the crater. It has amazing views. Unfortunatly there is almost no water left in the Lake..
