Der beste legale Parkplatz zum Wildcampen in Nähe des Yosemite Parkes. Man braucht lediglich knapp 20min bis ins Valley. Man kann sowohl links, als auch rechts am Straßenrand stehen. Jedoch ist es auch möglich links die Hoteleinfahrt zu nutzen und dann auf einem Schotterparkplatz ganz links zu parken. Man hört abends den Fluss, was wir jedoch als überhaupt nicht als störend empfanden.

Haben hier zwei ungestörte Nächte verbracht. Die Lage zum Eingang des NP ist super und der Fluss ladet zum Baden ein. Leider keine Toiletten

Es war eine tolle Nacht am Fluss. Wir sind in dem Fluss baden gegangen, war bei strahlenden Himmel toll. Den Fluss hört man schon, mit Ohrenstöpsel geht es allerdings. Hatten eine tolle Übernachtung. Der Platz befindet sich unmittelbar in der Nähe des Yosemite Nationalparks und ist kostenlos. Es war allerdings auch am Ende des Abends ziemlich voll.

Super emplacement, situé à la limite du parc National. Nous y avons dormi une nuit début septembre, il y avait beaucoup de monde, il faut donc arriver maximum avant 19h30. Mais on se sent en sécurité. Seul bémol on est vraiment sur la route donc assez bruyant sans Boules Quies.

Great place to spend the night, be aware that it might be full during high season if you arrive later in the evening. Lovely sound of the river and entrance to Yosemite is really close. Do not mistake the parking with dirt parking spot next to the hotels, we were there but they kicked us out as it is private property (another 3 vans were there as well)

haben hier eine Nacht übernachtet. Achtet darauf, dass ihr VOR dem Stadtgebietsschild bleibt. Da gibt es je eine Einbuchtung rechts und links. Etwas laut vom Verkehr und Fluss, aber 20 min Fahrt vom Visitor Center.

Great spot for visiting Yosemite next day. Just next to the road and river. You'l definitely hear the river which is amazing (especially at spring). No to very low traffic at night.

Had an amazing night there! For sure you will hear the river and the street but beside that we felt save! All the camsites in Yosemite Nationalpark were full and even one lady at the Yosemite Info told us to park there overnight. Nearby there is a Hotel at which you can shop some food and Souvenirs.

Das Parken über Nacht hat funktioniert! Es ist allerdings ziemlich laut, weil man an einer Straße steht und auf beiden Seiten (je nach Jahreszeit) tobendes Gewässer ist. Mit Oropax funktioniert es allerdings und man kann einigermaßen schlafen. Morgens kann man in ca 25-30 Minuten dann im Valley sein.

Very quiet except a few trucks in the morning. Very close to the river and just in front of Yosemite National Park and near the river. Only one other car was there.

Genial, keine Probleme gehabt und unter lauter Campern. Sensationell bei Sonnenaufgang gefrühstückt am Fluss. Sehr empfehlenswert. Kleines Manko, Parkplatz direkt an der Straße. Ab morgens sehr laut, vor allen bei LKW-Verkehr.

Very nice place, nobody bothered us. At least 4 more vans parked there on Friday night in late September. There is a river next to it and we cooked there. Close by is a motel where you can buy cold (but quite expensive) beer. There was quite some traffic before 10pm and 6am.

un poco estrecho para rvs de 32ft, pero adecuado para pasar una noche escuchando el río de fondo. hay tráfico durante la tarde pero de madrugada ya no se escucha nada. No hay muchos sitios, se llena rápido.

Very nice place, close to park entrance. It is on the side of the road, but quite peaceful as suggested by other reviews. At night you almost hear only the river which makes it quite nice. Also, the temperature in August is very pleasant during the night, around 77 F / 25 C.

Spent one night there, we had no issues! Very calm, next to a river, and there was also other RVs.

Very decent spot. Stayed there for two nights without any issues. Gets full on a Saturday fairly quick.

perfect location for visiting the national park. even though being on the side of the road, the spot is very quiet. we spent two nights there and no ranger told us we should not stay there. very recommended!

Great parking yo spend the night near to Yosemite park entrance. It was full of vans, cars and RVs . you can cook with a stove . we felt pretty safe

Good place to stay overnight nearby Yosemite west entrance. It was packed with campers. You need to be there relatively early otherwise it will be full (between 7 and 8 pm, off season October).
