Good location. Quiet night. 8 vans at the weekend making the most of the lack of restrictions during the winter season.
Parking près du port, arrivé tard il y a de la place car les gens viennent passer la journée chez eux après 21h calme et tranquille à proximité du parc, restaurants, pub, parc d'attractions, centre ville, balades sympas, jolie vue sur le parc et l'étang et la chenal de l'entrée du port.

SeanTimberlake29/12/2023Quiet all night, Great location for beach/promenade walks. only restrictions apply 1st April - 30th Sept 8am-6pm. 5min walk to the town plenty of restaurants and takeaways. lidl/sainsburys 5min walk away.
vanallife05/08/2023Absolutely gem of a spot, we initially planned to go to Brighton for the night as my hubby always wanted to take me there. We arrived the night before Pride weekend and roads were closed, parking was impossible so we got back on the app. 3 stops later after scouting we arrived here and it is a lovely spot. Just one other camper when we arrived much bigger than us. Safe too!

Tabstar04/02/2023Great Park up, little traffic being a dead end. Fab fish stall nearby. Very close to estuary & pier. We parked next to the boating lake.
Canalsman09/12/2022Very peaceful and no restrictions from October to March. The promenade is a good walk as is walking along the river frontage. There are two fish and chips shops very nearby, and a LIDL and Sainsbury's within reasonable walking distance. Recommended.

Parked here for the night - it is the 1 oct - didn’t arrive til 9pm. Very quiet - one other van - no restrictions this time of year and no sign saying no overnight camping. Worked well for us - and small grass area opposite to exercise the dog in the morning.
