Nice, quite place by the fields and wind turbines. Not a very busy road. No facilities, just simple parking. Very exposed to wind if a windy day. Good internet on 3.

harvester8403/09/2022We have stayed here twice. Each time we have had cars going past and beeping their horn at us. We reluctantly tried to stay a third time (not consecutively I might add, the stays were with several weeks between them) and after a car going past honking it then came back, slowed down and started to shout things at us. We didn’t hear what they said, but it didn’t sound pleasant and so we moved on.
MPete30/05/2022Excellent location but no bins, so please take your rubbish away with you. Peaceful night, no cars between 22.30 and 6.30. Beautiful scenary. No noise from the wind turbines.
joannawood17/05/2022Truely magnificent. Amazing views. Right next to the wind turbines. Fairly quiet, a few cars passing overnight and a little busier during the day. Lay by is also used as a pull in but plenty big enough to stay there. Decent signal on 3 and EE. Sloping road off the main road to get there, and single file road.

A very quiet road. I stayed here for one night, turned up late and in the dark but was pleased to wake up to a great view. No traffic passing and the space is big enough for large motorhomes. 4G signal too. Perfect!
