Just spent a night here. Great spot. Easy level(ish) pitches with electric and water. No showers but clean toilets. Just far away enough from the pub to feel peaceful, close enough to enjoy a drink. Finally the food was fantastic.

I don't think I've ever felt more welcomed at a place. Fantastic hosts and a fantastic place to park. recommended.

Our original plan was to stay overnight in Hereford but the run down carpark/truck parking wasn't inviting at all so rang the Red Lion to see if they had a pitch available. The very pleasant lady confirmed that they had so we battled the rush hour traffic to get to the Red Lion and are we glad we did! £10 for the night including ehu and a fantastic meal in the pub highly recommended.

Stayed for two nights, had a lovely meal at the pub, despite being very busy didn’t have to wait too long for food. Meals ranged between about £8.50 to about £20 and had lovely home made chips. Separate parking area from the pub car park with EHU, water, waste water and toilet waste disposal facilities.

Couple with 2 dogs in 7.2m motorhome. Originally booked for 1 night but stayed for 2. Water tape, toilet waste disposal, great pub food available for takeaway on proper plates. Chef delivered it to us. Near bus stop if required. Nice flat pitches. Hook up available at cost (£15 if not eating, £10 if you do) field nearby for quick dog walks. Would higher recommend it and will come back.

A really good spot . Parked here for 1 night after visiting Ross-on-wye and symonds yat. Lovely pub and the food is spot on . A water tap in the field and electric hook up ,within the price . Toilets are in the pub so available till they shut . Lady owner very helpful . Quiet night only noise was a crow on the roof in the morning.

Lovely owner and staff. Only paid £5 for me in my caddy van. Loos, waste and water. Unfortunately didn’t get to try the food as they had closed for the day due to bad weather.

Highly recommended. Lovely friendly pub with great food and atmosphere. Great location close to Ross-on-Wye and Symonds Yat. We had a very quiet night here, road is very peaceful at night. Good views. Electric hookup and water tap. £15 a night if you don’t eat in the pub, £10 if you do... and do. It is good. Grass and hard standing.
