Think these two who are looking after the site are trying to make this a modern version of the nearby open air museum .EDEN CAMP which was once a pow camp.

This is ok if you want total silence god help you if you make a noise or play music a little to loud is lordship will be onto you in a flash telling you to leave.these people only run the site but think they own it.

Lovely peaceful site. Beautiful views and a stream for paddling. Stayed 1 night and was the only van there. Will definatly go back

We stopped here for a night and have to say one of the loveliest little sites we have ever stopped at, Very peaceful and plenty of space. We loved the mix of wild meadow and beautifully cut pitches. We will stay again.

A site under development but beautiful, large level grass pitches with all facilities with the exception of showers and electricity. Thornton le Dale is just a 20 minute walk which has pubs and the best fish and chips we’ve had in ages.

Another great find with such nice people. The site is very natural with plots surrounded by meadows. Small river running at the far end, just perfect.

Roger and Su are very helpful. This was our first trip away in our Motorhome and they made us feel so welcome. Level well prepared site in peaceful location. All service facilities are there : fresh water, grey disposal, chem & non-chem toilet, recycling, household waste, cooking oil disposal etc. Basic toilet available too. No electric hookup but it’s being installed so maybe later in the year or next season. Easy cycle into Thornton Le Dale where there are pubs, ice cream, fish n chips, groceries and other shops. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Great level site very quiet alongside beck. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. No hook up at the moment but in the process of being installed.

Perfect independant site run by a lovely welcoming couple. 240 hook up, fresh water and waste disposal of every type. Perfect for passing vans like us. Thankyou.

Lovely peaceful site beside the beck for anyone not wanting electric hook up great views you can walk through the field along the beck side into Thornton le Dale few pubs shops. Roger and his wife are very friendly wardens. Good cycle tracks into Dalby Forest not far from site great place to chill out.
