Nivelez le stationnement en gravier ou en asphalte au large de la route B7076, éventuellement comme entrée de forêt, lors de la coupe de bois, etc., avec un peu de bruit de la route mais convenable pour une nuit complète.
Level gravel/tarmac parking off B7076, possibly used as an entrance for forest when logging etc, some road noise but ok for an over night.
Ebener Schotter- oder Asphaltparkplatz abseits der B7076, evtl. als Waldeinfahrt, beim Holzhacken etc, mit etwas Straßenlärm aber ausreichend für eine ganze Nacht.

Duckstrangler06/03/2024Used this spot for an overnight and had a peaceful night without traffic noise. Just drive forward at the entrance and negotiate past the concrete blocks. Site is nice and level and will take half a dozen sensibly parked vans.

Stayed here on the way up to Dunoon and on the way back as an overnight stop off, quiet both times (end of June) other than a lorry on the first visit there was nobody here. No noise for me, I sleep through ok, you can hear the motorway from outside the van but I can’t hear it inside. There is an entrance gate to a forest track here, I didn’t have a need to use it but certainly looks ok for walking the dog in the morning if you have one with you

Good park up. arrived lake and there was an HGV partially blocking the entrance to the hardstanding but managed to squeeze in. road noise but that doesn't bother me. the occasional passing freight train could be quite loud

Agree with the other comments. Nice spot not too far from main road (A74M). I arrived about 2200, two trucks parked outside the hard standing, and 4 camper vans inc me inside the concrete blocks surrounding the hard standing. Steady background noise from the A74M, but better than being on it! Earplugs recommended

Great stop over, loads of space, good distance away from the motorway, the train or motorway didn't wake me up, wasn't noisy. I arrived at around 7pm, there was one truck there, which set off at 3am, I left at 6am, very quick to get back onto the motorway. would use again if driving to and from Scotland!

Good level area. Constant noise from M74 motorway all night about 400 Mts and main west coast rail line about 200 mts away. Bring ear plugs.

Flat hardstanding. Good stopover for travel to/from the Highlands. Plenty of space. Some noise from motorway and occasional train.

Not much space, and not very level. we moved on. the gf was not very happy as I chose it , so had to give her a backrub to make up for it. wouldn't bother again.
