il faut vraiment venir s'arrêter dans ce village fantôme, c'est une expérience vraiment intéressante et vous pouvez y dormir paisiblement. je recommande.

ChristinaNiko12/08/2022We spend a very nice night in the village, hearing the sounds of the goat's bells from the abandoned yards of the houses. Pepe, the only habitant, advised us not to park or camp in the square of the village since the police pass though and could fine us. But, he and an other old guy who talked to us, were very friendly and hospitable! In the morning it's a little touristic, but no problems.

Bel endroit, effectivement. malheureusement, nous nous sommes fait contrôler vers 8.30 heures et avons du payer une amende de 29.40 €uros.

Toller Ort, ruhig, abgelegen und umgeben von wunderschöner Natur. Pepe freut sich über jeden Besuch und die Möglichkeit des Austauschs und Wein trinkens. Wir hatten hier ein BBQ und haben vorher mit den Bewohnern Bzw. Besuchern aus dem Nachbarort Roscigno Nuova gesprochen, alles ok. Zu später Stunde sind immer noch ab und zu Autos durchs Dorf gefahren, da es wohl eine Abkürzung ist, aber nicht viel und auch nicht störend.

Absolutely brilliant, definetly come! The ghost town is really cool to walk around, we were greeted by tour guides who showed us round the town. We spoke to the policeman who also told us we were fine to stay the night, as long as we didn't leave any litter. Pepe was there too of course, the grand baron of the town. Brilliant starry night, no light pollution.

Posto molto suggestivo, ma meno tranquillo di quanto ci aspettassimo. C'è un continuo via vai notturno di macchine sulla strada che attraversa il paese.

A quite unique park up. Pepe was dressed all in red, making him rather resemble Santa. He had was welcoming, despite my absolute absence of Italian. We huddled in to a less unstable looking building, away from the trees, because the wind was strong. We had fun in the morning feeding the local cats and dogs, which were all charming.
