The address is wrong. DO NOT PARK AT WINDMILL. This should be Central Car Park Hanson's Drive
Ne vous garez pas à Windmill qui est une route résidentielle avec un parking très limité. Cette entrée est pour le parking principal de la ville. Descendez la colline et suivez la route vers la droite le long de Hanson's Drive, puis tournez à droite vers le parking central. Veuillez noter que dormir la nuit n'est pas autorisé dans les parkings du conseil de Cornwall.
Do not park at Windmill which is a residential road with very limited parking. Park in the main carpark for the town. Drive down the hill and follow the road around to the right along Hanson's Drive, then turn right to the Central Car Park. Please note that sleeping overnight is not permitted in any of the Cornwall Council carparks.
Parken Sie nicht bei Windmill, einer Wohnstraße mit sehr begrenzten Parkmöglichkeiten. Dieser Eintrag gilt für den Hauptparkplatz der Stadt. Gehen Sie den Hügel hinunter und folgen Sie der Straße rechts entlang des Hanson's Drive, dann biegen Sie rechts zum Central Car Park ab. Motorhomes will be fined £70 if parked overnight according to the latest info on Cornwall Council website

Not amused! Car park was extremely busy and having a 7m van, we had to park in the coaches spaces. Paid £4.70 for afternoon parking with a view to staying overnight. Got a parking ticket, as did another camper. Scunnered, so left. I shall be challenging the ticket! Spent money in the village as well so proved a very expensive hour or so!

Extremely quiet through the night considering you are at the top of the town. No hassle. No payment needed, no signs saying no overnight camping. Public toilets. Short walk down into the town, bit of a climb back up but worth it.
ktr8408/07/2020Great easy parking spot very handy for Fowey which is lovely and worth a visit! Short walk to town. The walk back up is a thigh burner! Felt very safe and was quiet all night.
