Respuesta a policía local de San José,esta prohibida la acampada(sacar cualquier cosa de la proyección del vehículo)en todo el territorio español,y la pernocta no se puede prohibir por ninguna ordenanza municipal porque la instrucción 08 V-74 de la DGT(que esta por encima de las ordenanzas municipales)dice que no se puede discriminar a los usuarios de un vehículo por lo que se haga en su interior

La Ordenanza Municipal de Policía y Buen Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, prohibe la acampada y pernoctar en el dominio público de todo el término municipal, con multas de 750 euros.
