Great spot. Level enough. Donations box at the pier. Fantastic view. Wish P4N would allow more than 5 photos. Long windy road to get there but we don’t mind that it’s all about the location and view for us ?

This is a pier used by fisherman, was already very busy with 5 vans before 6pm and was close to houses. We went elsewhere

Lovely wee spot.wish I had brought my kayak as it's perfect for it. also some sea lions poped up.beautiful sunsets pretty quiet.there's a table and bench set there also.and from what I read on the board it's ready for some small changes to accommodate a couple more vans.there were 5 vans including myself and with leveling blocks and careful considerate parking could get 7 vans

Endroit parfait. Nous sommes restés là 5 jours à deux familles et cinq jeunes enfants. Un vrai havre de paix. Nous avons pêché quasi tous les jours, un pêcheur est même venu nous offrir du maquereau frais, et que dire des otaries et dauphins qui sont venus nous voir !! Table de pique-nique, Point d’eau gratuite à disposition, et départ de randonnées vers la lighthouse & bruch. N’hésitez pas à laisser un petit quelque chose dans la boîte à dons.

Great spot, can fit 4 or 5 spots easily, donation pot for staying the night. Pub just up the road and Oyster Shack nearby, we picked up dinner on our way past!

Stayed for two nights. amazing scenery especially when the sun sets. please leave a donation to enable the locals to improve the infrastructure to support campervans. would thoroughly recommend eating in the Taigh Ailean Hotel. this spot is a must but get there early to ensure you get a spot.

Absolutely superb location so quiet and peaceful. Callum the fisherman was so accommodating and allowed us to use the hose pipe to top up our water - right now there are no signs as in the original picture but park up and Callum is likely to be around. He was just bringing in the catch of the day and so he gave us some fresh crab claws which we cooked and had for lunch! amazing stay - be sure to leave a donation as although not fully serviced the experience was on of the best on our trip!

Parfait pour une nuit, avec vue sur l'embouchure du Loch au réveil. Pas loin de Carbost (de la distillerie et du old inn !!!) Calme avec beaucoup d'espace

Im September ist der Sonnenuntergang hinter den Hügeln. Ruhiger Platz, wenn auch etwas abgelegen. Es kommen immer wieder Autos, die hier nur wenden und wieder fahren. Unbedingt was spenden, sonst wird dieser Platz als nächster mit dem „No Overnight parking„ Schildern bestückt, wie schon an so vielen Orten in Schottland.

Accès à eau propre, poubelles et table de pique-nique. Emplacement relativement plat. Très belle vue et peu de midges. Comme dit dans la description les habitants incitent aux dons pour créer des toilettes et douches gratuites.

Beau lieu, beaucoup de vent donc pas de midge (point positif) malheureusement trop de monde (ce qui enlève 1 étoile). Accès à l'eau facile, je recommande.

Très bel endroit pour passer la nuit au bord de la mer. Beaucoup de vent si la météo n'est pas favorable. De la place pour 4/6 véhicules suivant la place prise par le matériel des pêcheurs. Il y a un resto/bar 1 ou 2 km avant. Très bonne connexion 4G pour les indeconnectables.

Magnifique endroit à côté d'un port. Il y a un point d'eau et des poubelles. Nuit très calme bien qu'il y ait deux autres campeurs. Nous avons pu bénéficier d'un splendide coucher de soleil.

Schöner ruhiger Platz direkt am Meer. Kein Verkehr und ein wahnsinnig schöner Sonnenuntergang. Haben einen tollen Abend und ruhige Nacht hier verbracht.

Please note the GPS cords are 2 km incorrect the site is on portnalong pier,just follow the coast road from the tallasker distillery,for 2.8 miles good road great site and sunsets you won't believe
