Place in the middle of nature. The barrier was open. There are several spots even before (2 or 3) but rather for vans. There we are with a nasturtium over 7m and it's nickel. A beautiful life on the fields, away from the road. Very calm, a spot as we like them!

Super mooi plek tussen de schapen. Had in eerste instantie de bedenkingen of we er met een camper van 7.25 wel konden staan maar ging prima. Niet volledig waterpas maar een kniesoor die daar op let in zo’n omgeving.

Such a beautifull secluded spot. Bit windy but that doesn't matter for us. The view is amazing. Lot's of sheeps that graze around our campervan. No midges sighted. 4G is okay-ish. Not great if that matters to you. All in all a great spot for the night!

Great spot for 2-3 vans! Enough off the highway to get away from the noise, and secluded enough to enjoy the view and quiet!

Nice secluded spot with views across the heath. Good start point for a walk to Hugh’s Castle (Caisteal Uisdean was built by Hugh MacDonald who was the son of a deposed clan chief. Hugh had become an outlaw but was pardoned and built the castle around 1589 to serve as his new residence). Good 4G reception.

Great, secluded spot on a track away from the main road with a sheltered area good for sweltering from the wind. Sheep in field and no real view but very private. 2 cars passed in 12 hours.

Nice place for overnight, if you have a dog,be careful, sheeps are everywhere. good 4g signal.very quiet here.

Very quiet and peaceful. Space for 2 vans. Slightly uneven but nothing to worry about. Nice views but not spectacular. Access to Hugh’s Castle walk (again, nice but not spectacular). Good 4G reception.

Arrived at Uig on a late ferry had hoped to stay in ferry car park but no room. Drove to this location and had a nice peaceful night.

Great overnight stay, very peaceful and beautiful, take rubbish with you there are no facilities except mobile signal

Amazing place to spend the night, very secluded, space for 2 campers but we were the only ones. Some previous campers hadn’t observed leave no trace so we tidied a little , and shame that they couldn’t do it themselves but really recommend this spot.

Very quiet road with only a few cars going past. Nice view over the hills and sea with cows grazing around me. 5min drive to Uig ferry

Plusieurs emplacements sympa le long de la route. Nous nous sommes arrêtés tout au bout après le château en ruine près d'un éboulement. Très belle vue et absolument personne. Peu de vent. Attention il peut être compliqué de faire demi-tour pour de gros véhicules.

Génial, belle vue, (pas de vue sur la mer malheureusement, il faut marcher un peu pour la voir). Il y a plusieurs places, assez de place pour un camping car, il y'a meme un petit "cirque" qui abrite du vent. Nous avons eu droit a un magnifique coucher de soleil.

Super Stellplatz für 1 Nacht zum Campen. Tolle Aussicht auf die Umgebung, Feuerstelle, im August in den Abend- und Morgenstunden kaum Midges. Auch mit sehr großem Wohnmobil gut erreichbar. Wir waren mit einem 6m Kastenwagen da und hatten keine Probleme.

Exactement, c'est une "passing place" d'une "single track road" à environ 200m de la route principale. La barrière en question est en fait une "cattle grid". Mais je confirme : endroit très calme au milieu des champs.

Schöner sehr ruhiger Platz. Es fahren nur sehr wenige Autos an dieser Straße, wenn man die kleine Böschung nach oben fährt hat man auch einen super Windgeschützten Platz
