Quiet spot of the road, parking for 6 to the side before gate. Lovely place to stop and relatively flat no amenities. Space on the other side of the road too but not as flat. On B4410 between A496 and Rhyd - follows signs for Tan-y-Bwlch railway station

Relatively level and no signs stopping overnight camping. There were three vans there, and room for another 3-4. Only downside was that there were a lot of midges!

Easy place to stay for the night, flat ground, easily fit 6 vehicles. Pin took us right there, nice walk nearby and quiet road. No facilities but for a quick stop very happy

It's a good spot and set back from the road enough to feel a bit private. We stayed one night and arrived late and left early. Some noise overnight from the other vans but would stay there again.

Great overnight campspot, nice and quite and enough space. We pulled up later and got a spot on a slight slope but there were a few level ones behind, might just have to get there earlier.

brilliant pull in spot, no restrictions, flat and good internet signal. my vehicle is 7m long, very tight for the short parking spots. I parked diagonally, may not have the option in busier months.

Great off road parking spot. Was quite through the night. Got a bit busy in the morning with dog walkers but was brilliant. Recommend!!

Nice spot nice and quiet. One side is better for the VW campers which had a few big puddles of water. But was in February. Other side better for bigger campervans but not very level. Nice walking area.

We stayed here on 27/10/21 & would stay here again when down this way, found a level spot on the smaller car park as the larger one was covered in ponds from the rain! Had a nice & quiet night, woke up to a motor home packed at the side of us (didn't even hear it arrive unless it got there very late) a great start point for some really nice walks out of either car park.

Great spot for the night, nice and secluded. There were three of us tonight. A few dog walkers in the morning. Nice area for dog walking around the lake. Sketchy 4g and TV signal, no facilities.

Lovely night here, parked on the opposite side of the road to the 6 bays mentioned and had a quiet night in a relatively flat spot Will definitely use again.

Park ups on both sides of road. One side is a car park with about 8 spaces the other is a pull in with space for another two spaces. Lake is a few minutes walk, foot and bike paths start from here. Quiet nights sleep, next to a road but there is no cars. Beautiful walk with waterfalls and steam train. Very little 4G.

Stayed here for 1 night. lovely and peaceful with great walks and views. great for dog walkers. only space for about 3/4 campers. some spaces longer than others. not suitable for large motorhomes.

No facilities but very quiet except for some night walkers who arrived late slamming car doors. First spot by the road is the longest and we fitted in with length to spare (6m van). Be wary of horseflies & other biting insects but some great walks available right from the site. Heritage railway a short walk down the road with cafe and toilets (during day). Will definitely stay again, recommended.

A great find in an area where there there's not many other options... quiet, flat, good signal. Not the most picturesque place, but amazing views from the walking trails nearby and a lake for swimming/ paddle boarding. Train station nearby for toilets and trainspotting too! wouldn't recommend for a motorhome or very long van as the spaces are a bit tight.

Very quiet. We set up a disposable bbq and have a lovely tea. Then a walk and a decent nights sleep.

Feels secluded for being off a main road. Fairly flat and virtually silent at night besides the odd car driving down the B road. Quite a few dog walkers in the morning but not disturbed. A lot of little flies in the bushes etc but if you've got window mesh not an issue. Really nice walk through the gate, lovely views leading to a lake with picnic benches.

Looks nice but usually busy no 'permanent residents' there is a small layby further down on the right or spots near llyn mair are beautiful walks around the lake✌

Unfort permanent caravan and large family here which seems long-term with another small camper so us the third didn't seem like a good idea given the size of the parking lot. ground quite slopey and after rains some bits quite muddy. otherwise work of be a wonderful parkup.

Great spot space for 6 or so campers decent sized bays each relatively flat. An undisturbed night very little traffic passing by. Walked into the woodlands next to the spot quite a nice little trail with a lake and picnic area. Will be sure to use this P4N again!

Stayed 4 nights. 500 metres from Tan-y-Bwlch railway station on Ffestiniog Narrow Gauge Railway. Station has cafe and toilets. Six bays for parking are well used during day by dog walkers and open water swimmers using nearby lake. Two forestry lorries passed, one at 5am and another at 6am, Friday and Monday mornings. No lorries Saturday nor Sunday mornings.

Lovely spot with room for a few vans. Nice and quiet next to a quiet road. Fantastic walks for the dog in the morning, nice big area to explore. No bins so take your rubbish away with you.

Great park up quiet In the middle of nowhere great walk up track with a huge lake. parkups both sides of road quiet all night forestry arrived at 4.30 am to start logging quiet after. I'll definitely visit again

Very busy with dog walkers and due to the time of year it had lots and lots of bugs. It was decently quiet throughout the night and we weren’t bothered. I wouldn’t really recommend just due to the bugs, we got many bites and our van was covered in dead mini bugs. Also for such a beautiful area this area wasn’t too nice, only good if you need it last minute!
