A small layby with room for one vehicle, far from houses. It is on a narrow lane from which heavy goods vehicles are restricted, so traffic is light and not too noisy. Lovely views to the south. Excellent for walking and cycling. The gate leads to a nature reserve. Please don't block the gate. I found this place while walking
Ein kleiner Parkplatz mit einem Fahrzeug, weit weg von den Häusern. Es handelt sich um eine Schmalspur, die für schwere Nutzfahrzeuge gesperrt ist. Der Verkehr ist daher leicht und nicht zu laut. Schöne Aussicht nach Süden. Hervorragend zum Wandern und Radfahren. Das Tor führt zu einem Naturschutzgebiet. Bitte blockieren Sie nicht die Tür. Ich habe diesen Ort beim Gehen gefunden

Spent a very quiet autumn night in this scenic spot. A few dog walkers stopped by and some hikers passed too. One person showed their objection to camper-vans by leaning on the car horn as they drove by after sunset. Otherwise uneventful.
La vue est magnifique, et les chemins de rando mènent à des points de vue encore plus beaux. En août, pas de vent. Il y avait une voiture de stationnée à notre arrivée. Nous avons attendu qu’elle s’en aille pour prendre sa place et éviter de gêner le passage. Il n’y a effectivement pas de place pour 2! La route est peu passante la nuit.
Little bit Mork and Mindy last night, but didn't bother me in a panel van. Very quiet at night with barely any traffic passing and only a 5min drive to the public loo's @ Corfe Castle car park.

Great spot. Arrived in dark and loved the views we got to see the next morning. Make sure to keep gate accessible. No bins, toilets etc.
Right on the side of the road however very quite. Could probably fit 2 small vans if parked closed together. Amazing views in the morning and very little light pollution so can see the stars at night
Managed to fit 2 vehicles here, 1 x estate car and 1 x VW van. There was still plenty of access for the gate. Had a very short stop but was great and very quiet.
Space very narrow for a mobile home (better a van) if you shall not block the gate. Only for one camper. Right next to the road (in the night quiet). Nice view iver the countryside. The place on the map isn't aqurate: The right position is left (on the map here) of the point "Ridge Path" (50.638377, -2.100106).

This is actually slightly further than satnav indicates. Space for motorhome no longer than 6m, otherwise gate entrance will be blocked. Great views, can be windy.
