Ideal stop. No facilities, but it’s free, right on the beach and the small friendly local pub does reasonable food at a reasonable price.

Great pub. Superb meals. We only booked an hour before arriving. First come first served. Lovely location and friendly staff.

Stayed a few years ago back in 2018 but I’ve only just joined this App. So apologies for the late review. Amazing place. I needed a place to stay as was collecting my son from annual scout camp the next day. I phoned ahead. Very friendly staff. Amazing food. Thanks so much.

Great spot virtually on the dunes next to a good dog-friendly pub. They were super welcoming, food was good, and a nice garden to sit in in the sun after a dog walk on the beach. Flat pitches and nice and quiet.

Great place to stay, limited spaces so book up. Right on the beach. No charge. Food & drink is good. Felt safe. No height limit. Friendly hosts. Will definitely be returning

Park up was fine and beach feet away, but don't use the contact details above as this is the landlady's personal mobile, and she was not best pleased I called! Felt a bit awkward and unwelcome.

28/1/22 one night stay . Pre booked although only one other van. Very friendly and helpful staff we are both Vegan and they couldn’t do enough to cater for us. At least two vegan options plus a pudding on the menu and very reasonably priced. Great spot a stones throw from sandy beach . Will definitely visit again.

Great park up next to the sea nice little pub just the food let it down a little bit

Flat gravel car park with a tight entrance but enough to manoeuvre. Make sure you phone ahead to find out which pitch you’re on. Beach is 50m away with gorgeous sands. No height restrictions. Staff were lovely, attentive but not overbearing. Ensure you pre-book for meals as it is often fully booked in advance. Owners have a MH and we’re super helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Essential to phone ahead to book one of the nine spaces available. Stayed one night in September and it was one of the warmest nights of the year! Great place to stay. We couldn’t eat there as we arrived late but owner was very helpful on the phone. Excellent stopover.

Lovely place to stay. We parked and stayed the night on 13/09/21. It was a Monday and the pub was closed, but I phoned in advance and asked permission, owner was very welcoming. Nice beach walks, will definitely return when they are open another time. They have 9 spaces for motorhomes.

Asked if we stay overnight, said we were coming in for drinks. No problem. Very friendly and accommodating. Right next to the beach too. Quiet overnight. Pub is quirky; great atmosphere. Definitely stay again when in the area. You can reserve a spot in advance I believe. We were in aT5 camper van.

Landlord kindly let us park for a couple of hours for free.

Absolutely fantastic park up. Lovely owners who let us stay, even though the pub was closed on Mondays. The beach on your doorstep, good food options locally and a supermarket nearby for longer-term supply gathering. Wonderful.

This stay is a diamond. Amazing and one of the best takeaway Sunday roast dinners we have ever had in the van with the bonus of walking of the calories within seconds on the beach…… quality

Loved our stop here! Sandra the landlady couldn’t have been friendlier, enjoyed a few drinks in the pub too. Quiet overnight stay in the carpark, direct walk onto the beach! Essential you book ahead.

Wonderful pub and restaurant stayed the night with my dogs it's right next to the beach so the walks are great. The restaurant is great and reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

Right on the beach front is this car park for this lovely pub. food and drink is exceptional value and we were not charged for the overnight stay. please support the pub if you are lucky enough to stay here, book early as its very popular. land lord and his wife are really friendly and make you feel right at home

Pulled up here after not being able to find a spot anywhere else. Pub wasn't open so we phoned and they very kindly allowed to stay the night for free despite not booking in advance. What an incredible place to wake up. Awesome morning stroll on the beach. Couldn't recommend this place anymore if you don't need an electric hookup.

Great location, really friendly landlord. Google the name not this postcode though as it doesn't come up with the right location. Toilets (not 24hrs) a short walk along the beach/road. Right on the seafront and a short distance to Great Yarmouth. Phone to book in advance.

Spent a night here. Landlord very welcoming. Best to book ahead for space and food. Use name of pub for location as post code takes you to a different spot.

Great stop over. Called on arrival hoping for space!! Was allowed to stay we had a lovely meal and loved the location. So close to the beach. Will definitely be back!

We stayed on 29/7/20. Hadn't booked ahead so were unable to have a meal due to the restrictions on restaurant numbers at the moment but found a very good chip shop (Ryan's Fish and Chips) in Tan Lane which is a 5 minute walk. Landlord very friendly and helpful and was happy for us to stay overnight.

Haven't visited this pub yet, but from a Google Maps view, it looks fantastic.
