Daytime parking only, like the whole Val d'Arolla, a pleasant little ski resort (day pass 40 CHF) but which is also the starting point for many ski tours or cross-country skiing trips. Solo parcheggio diurno, come tutta la Val d'Arolla, piccola e piacevole stazione sciistica (giornaliero 40 CHF) ma che è anche il punto di partenza di molti tour sciistici o gite di sci di fondo. We tried to park in one of the Arolla car parks (actually one a few 100m back down the valley from this one) and were moved on by the police at 7.30pm and escorted to the campsite 10 miles back down the valley. On the other hand, as long as you don’t camp in your van, you can park for free in most of the Arolla car parks for as many days as you want, if you’re going ski touring.
