It's a nice parking spot next to a small lake and sutton park. Good for a night or two. Very quiet at night but quite busy during the day due to park visitors. Local swimming center located 100m. Public toilets are located outside the city cafe, about 500 meters away.

Lokales Schwimmzentrum 100 m entfernt. Öffentliche Toiletten befinden sich etwa in 500 m Entfernung.

Perfect for me! Arrived around 9pm Wednesday night, couple of cars but no issues. Spent the next day here working from the van. The park is perfect for dogs and we had a lovely long walk in the afternoon. I’ll be back

Lovely little park up. Arrived around 7pm on a Sunday night, one other vehicle, left around 9am after a peaceful nights sleep. Be mindful that the road along the lake is a dead end, if you head down too far you’ll have to turn in the road (which was fun in a lwb sprinter!)

The picture of the car park is a little mis-leading as there is an athletics club right by the car park. It is EXTREMELY busy. I parked there and of course the athletics club was in use with parents picking up/dropping off. I think it’s a little pot luck as to your timing and what it’s like. EE reception good. Vodafone reception good.

Lovely place, the car park itself is fairly ordinary but the walk up into the park and woods makes it worth a visit. Was not disturbed at night at all.

Nice park up next to lake. Few people around feeding the ducks. Parking free

Hit and miss. Stayed both a weekday and weekend, daytime is busy with dog walkers, and on the evenings sometimes it’s lovely and quiet other times lots of cars hanging around and coming and going late at night which doesn’t feel that safe.

a great little carpark and lovely scenic walks and views, only down side was we had 2 men come and knock on our van about 11:30pm which kind of made me unsettled so we made a swift exit

    Great place, quiet and welcoming

Really lovely spot. A little on the noisy side but nothing too extreme. Quite busy during the day so arrive late to ensure you get a nice spot!

Nice level carpark easily accommodates a 7m bus! Just about to explore the surroundings. Stayed a couple night weekdays and now weekends.. Constant boy racers. And groups throughout evening.. Some play chappy (knocking the door and running) though nothing sinister.

I'm hear now thought I would go fishing.fantastic place you need 2 days or more to explore the 7 lakes, moors, and walks throu the woods there are wild poneys.but not so good at the moment got lots of teens gathering loud music.guess they dont care about Corona hope they move on soon

Really relaxing place. Bring something for the birds. Good view of a small pool

Great place if you want to do some walks, did have people visiting late a night for walks and someone giving off at 4am but could be a one off it was a Saturday night. Ducks do make a noise but that's not an issue for us.

Arrived late on a rainy Saturday afternoon. No events happening at the sports centre. A few cars coming and going up to 11.30pm but a quite night after that. Many dog walkers in the early morning.

Assez calme. Canards autour du lac. Balade possible autour

Stopped for a night. quite location, till the geese start to honk at sun rise. 4 other Van's here after the 2019 Motorgome show at the NEC

We was there on a Tuesday night when the athletics club meets. But even then it was not too noisy, and was all but empty by 9pm. Def very happy to recommend it :-)

A great place to park during the day and overnight lots of room to back up with your ass end hanging over the grass so nice and easy to park lots of ducks and swans and wildlife and not too far from suburbia but you feel like your way out in the country very nice...

I arrived late as well, there were plenty of cars already there. Some were quite noisy and others seemingly lost. It was quite busy in the morning as well but it is a good (free) parking place for the Park. No amenities except a Costa coffee. If you need to find it just follow the crowds away from the waterway and you'll find it behind the running track.

Fantastic park up. Arrived late to see groups of rabbits jumping happily. Peaceful evening, can’t hear the road traffic and was one other car here. Nice morning too. Definitely recommended if you’re in this part of the country in need of a spot. Could stay more than one night if you wanted. Thanks for putting up!
