Residential, quiet area, free, a lot of space. Close to the metro station. Perfect location for exploring Munich and again - for free. Be respectful to the inhabitants, keep it quiet and clean.

Die erwähnte Bauruine ist mittlerweile abgerissen. Bis die neuen Bauarbeiten starten ein schöner ruhiger Platz, Nähe Ostpark mit Biergarten, U-Bahn Michaelibad. Direkt Nördlich kleiner Park für die Hundefreunde. Koordinaten nicht ganz korrekt, ca. 100m weiter östlich.

Parking très très calme, nuit sans AUCUN bruit, rare sur Munich. La station de métro Michealibad n'est qu'à 10 minutes, et restaurant très bon devant la bouche de métro. Attention pourboire illégal. Par contre, mauvaises coordonnées les bonnes sont 48.120505 , 11.637351

Stayed there on 02/08/2020 without any problems. Since the large parking space in front of the club house of Phoenix München, pictured on all except the 3rd image, was completely empty, I decided to park at the actual marked location, which is left on the very next corner. Quiet side street with plenty of space for street parking. Perfect stopover.

Area un po' spartana ma abbiamo sostato 2 notti in piena tranquillità. Posto molto comodo per la metropolitana U raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi e arrivare in centro.

Parken war top. Gerade die gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt wo bekannte von uns wohnen ist super. Leider ist November und der Rohbau nebenan wir abgerissen. Dadurch ist der Parkplatz nicht mehr ganz so ruhig wie beschrieben.

Parked here and biked into Munich. Was a good location but when we got back van covered in ants. Car park infested with ants. Wouldn’t recommend. Move on very quickly

Hemos pasado dos noches aquí, sitio perfecto para pernoctar y dejar la furgoneta aparcada durante la visita al centro. Metro a 5 minutos. En 15 minutos estas en el centro de Munich. Perros pueden entrar en el metro sin problemas. Billete de metro de todo un día 12'80 (ñpara un máximo de 5 personas por billete

Nicht schön aber sehr ruhig ( Bauruine nebenan), total praktisch um mit der U- Bahn (Michaelibad) in die Altstadt zu kommen. Perfekt mit Hund da Parkanlage neben.

Super Parkplatz. Sehr ruhige Nacht gehabt. Waren in der Woche dort. Am Wochenende wohl öfter Party im Rohbau der griech. Schule nebenan, laut Hausmeister des Fußballvereins daneben. Sehr nett, hätten auch länger dort stehen können als 1 Nacht. Stört niemanden. Gaststätte an der U-Bahn Station Michaelibad empfehlenswert. Leckeren Leberkas und Kaiserschmarn gegessen. Rohbau wird im Nov.abgerissen.

Hemos pasado una noche tranquila, el lugar está al lado de un centro deportivo y un edificio abandonado pero es tranquilo para pasar una noche y visitar Múnich. Estación de metro muy cerca.

Hier ist die Baustelle einer griechischen Schule. Diese ist ist aber ohne Aktivität. dafür ist die deutsche Schule gut besucht. Abends ist es ruhig. Für eine Nacht immer gut. U-bahn Michaelibad nur 400m, und dann 6 Stationen bis in die Innenstadt im 10min Rythmus.Neben der Ubahn Station ein kleiner Biergarten

Tranquillo per alcune notti, la via segnala non e esatta, ma è una zona residenziale e si trova facilmente nei dintorni vicino alla scuola. Metro a 400/500 m.
