Free parking at the lighthouse. If there are no waves and you can swim, the sea and seabed are very nice. The pitch is lighted - you can do barbecue (there are so much place and it is quite clean as a place) we were there in October and it was just us with the camping cars

The access or driveway to the lighthouse with a camper van like ours with a breadth of 2,7 meters was quite a challenge because the road is extremely narrow. It’s gets narrower as you near the road to the parking space. Once you reach it’s a nice and quiet place to park for the night. We were here for one night in October from Saturday to Sunday and I must say the locals come to this place to swim and walk and fish on the weekends. It’s also a bit noisy on the weekends because of the young people that come to spend their evenings here. We had to leave by 9 am on Sunday or be risked into being covered by parked cars from all sides. Italians truly don’t know how to park and to keep distance. Nevertheless you can spend a night here.

Bel emplacement, possibilité de se garer facilement, aucun bruit, juste les vagues qui vous bercent. Endroit à peu près propre... Essayez de le préserver.

Vue très agréable , mais nous étions tout seul pensant passer une bonne nuit, des jeunes sont arrivés.. allez retour incessant avec voiture et scooter.. obliger de partir vers 1.00 du matin..... dommage..

Wir würden 4,5 Sterne geben. Der Ort ist wunderschön, hatten hier einen wunderbares Picknick zum Sonnenuntergang & einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang mit Blick auf den Ätna. Kleiner Abzug, weil die Nacht durch das belebte Nachtleben, recht kurz war - Jugendliche haben Lagerfeuer gemacht und waren ziemlich laut bis 4 Uhr morgens. Der Ausblick am Morgen hat das aber definitiv wieder gut gemacht.

Wir standen hier eine Nacht ohne große Probleme. Bei der ersten Bar ist eine öffentliche Toilette, etwas versteckt. Der Ort ist sehr belebt - Jugendliche/Pärchen/Fischer - nach Sonnenuntergang wird der Parkplatz leerer. Straßen sind recht - könnte für große Camper schwierig werden.

Bof. Beaucoup de monde en haute saison. Sécurité zéro. En milieu de nuit et pendant 10 minutes, deux voitures, moteur allumé, nous ont éclairées avec leurs pleins phares de chaque côté de notre camping-car pour voir si nous étions dedans. Elles sont parties lorsqu'elles ont vu un signe de vie de notre part. Lieu à éviter. Dommage car les criques sont très belles.

Dormimos nada más llegar al parking a la derecha,hay unos sitios más recogidos con papeleras y acceso al mar con escaleras. a primera hora de la noche se acercan lugareños a cenar en las rocas,después no hay ruido. creo que los comentarios referidos al ruido son por el chiringuito del final del parking,donde también hay acceso al mar muy bueno.en general muy buen lugar

Nous y étions mi juillet, cadre magique le bruit des vagues et l etna en guise d horizon. Mais beaucoup de passage. Des jeunes musique à fond. Très peu dormi.

Posteggio libero, abbastanza tranquillo, non in estate ed i fine settimana, si può sostare e fare il bagno, se si vuole si può anche pernottare, non vietato.

Ebener asphaltierter Parkplatz direkt am Meer. Am Wochenende kommen viele Paare in der Nacht auf diesen abgelegenen Platz. Am Sonntagmorgen viele Fischer. Es ist also ein reger Autoverkehr. Uns hat es aber trotzdem sehr gefallen.

As per previous comment don’t take Via Aldo Moro as it has a 2.4m bridge under the railway tracks. Take Via Colonello Salerno with a bridge over the tracks and no height restriction. Car park large, flat, quiet night, clean with rubbish bins but we didn’t find a water tap. It’s all rocks and no beach. Augusta is busy to drive through so I wouldn’t come out of your way to park here.

Perfect for stopover. A bit far to walk to town. At last roundabout before low bridge take third exit, otherwise you turn round like me ! Could not find water tap. Cats fed by local fisherman all the time. Very strong waves today so could not swim. No services but plenty of bins for rubbish.

Attention à la route indiquée par le GPS car il y a un viaduc limité à 2.40 m. Il faut y aller par la route alternative, à droite au rond point, on passe par dessus la voie ferrée.

Really nice spot close to Augusta. Well lit and not much rubbish! Waste bins too. Lush sounds of crashing waves. Heaps of street cats that are friendly!
