Nice hard surface, fairly clean just some litter, bins no toilets. Busy during early evening but quiet at night. Fantastic clear views.

ThomCami05/10/2023Jolie vue. Proche d’Edinbourg. Mais beaucoup de vent et surtout de jeunes qui viennent boire dans leurs voitures avec la musique trop forte même un mardi soir. Énormément de passage (une dizaine de voitures dans la soirée)

la vie est superbe. mention spéciale pour les tables de pique nique et les deux poubelles. par contre il y a des gens qui allaient et venaient jusqu'à 2h du matin au moins, avec du son très fort qui m'a complètement empêché de dormir alors qu'on était lundi soir. pour ça je ne recommande pas du tout.

Die Aussicht ist mega! Man konnte bei sehr gutem Wetter bis Edinburgh und Glasgow gucken. Abends waren viele Einheimische mit getunten Autos da und haben die Musik aufgedreht und die Motoren aufheulen lassen. Ab ca. 1 Uhr Nachts waren alle anderen Autos weg. Morgens konnten wir dann die traumhafte Aussicht dann in Ruhe genießen. Trotz der anderen Autos würden wir den Platz immer wieder nutzen.

Platz und Ausblick sind schön. Allerdings ist der Platz recht klein und sehr voll. Viele Einheimische die kurz bleiben, oder auch länger. Musik, laute Motorräder usw. und es ist kein Wochenende…

Super vue. Attention que deux places avec un niveau équilibré. Spot pour les locaux pour faire un peu la fête mais pas trop dérangeant.

Arrived at 11pm, I stayed overnight with no hassles. No one here when I left in the morning around 10am (on a weekday). It's a very busy spot during the weekends and possible holidays so best to stay here on a weekday where its quietest.

I spent a night here. Very quiet I was the only one in the carpark after 11pm. Amazing view. Large motorhome and extra long wheelbase vans may find hard to climb the hill. I wouldn't risk at all in bad weather. Nice hikes around. Space for 10 cars.
RelayRelocator24/07/2022Great views from here, able to see Falkirk, Glasgow and Edinburgh on good days. Only a couple of spaces are nicely level. Was very popular with the local youths but everyone kept to themselves and didn’t blare music/rev engine etc. all good. Despite there being 2 large bins there was still rubbish about :(

Arrived here around 10pm hoping to stop for the night, but found several 'undesirables' parked up so carried swiftly on. Probably fine as a daytime picnic spot but wouldn't recommend a night here.
